I told the tech to leave the old garage door opener but he took it anyway. There was nothing wrong with it but it mysteriously stopped working while he worked on repairing the rails. Then sold me a very expensive opener. I want my old one back. The new one jerks and squeaks when opening!

I was very pleased that I called early in the morning and was able to speak with someone as opposed to an answering machine. They were able to get a technician out in a couple of hours to fix my garage door. Walker came and was very professional. He explained what the problem was. He gave me several options. Fixing my door was a pretty quick process. I am highly satisfied with Walker and the professional service he provided. I highly recommend this company to fix your garage door. A+!

My spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called the door company we have used in the past. They informed me that they had a big job out of town and couldn’t get to me until Tuesday and would call Monday to let me know when they could come. No call on Monday so at 5.30 I called presission. We called Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had returned from an evening walk to find that the garage door would not open because one of the springs had broken. We called and asked if someone could come out ASAP since our schedules were such that we needed the door repaired quickly. Walker came to our condo at 9:20 pm and he was terrific. He was an experienced tech and got right to work. He had the spring(s) replaced and we paid him by about 10:10 pm. We bought the heavy duty springs and he also recommended we replace the bearings at both ends of the rod and the bearing in the middle of the two springs. Walker was thorough and you could tell he was excellent at his job. Thanks for the responsiveness and the quality of the work performed. We appreciate it.

I called Precision on Sunday and was treated courteously in scheduling a repair for Monday. Walker F. responded as scheduled for an evening appointment to service a broken spring on our garage door. He inspected the door and door opener and pointed out several issues with the 14 year-old mechanism that were potential wear/failure concerns. He gave us multiple options and price points for replacement of the springs as well as replacement of the drums, cables and rollers. He did not push us on any option, and we decided to do the full repair which included a 7 year warranty. He did the complete job in about 90 minutes during which we had a delightful discussion. The repair was pristine and the door was quieter than ever. He even came back the next day to drop off a can of spray lubricant because the one he was going to give us was defective. We were very happy with the time Walker spent with us. We highly recommend Walker/Precision to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door/opener. Price is fair for quality work and solid warranty!

Very happy overall with speed and quality of work. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and efficient. Walker was our service tech and he did an excellent job of identifying our needs and provided us with options to fit our budget. Work was completed in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the results. Will use again if/when the time comes for garage door service.

Daughter recommended Precision Door Service. Garage door spring was broken and could not get door opened. Needed quick repair so I would be able to get car out of garage in morning to take wife to hospital for surgery. Called Precision Door and they were able to schedule me in the same evening I called. Walker was the technician who came out and he was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and great overall individual. Highly recommend Walker to anyone. He arrived at 7:40 pm and replaced spring, new cables and rollers and replaced several hinges that were starting to crack. Showed me how to lubricate all necessary components. Completed job in an hour and a half from quoting to cleanup. Job was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but with the quality work that was done, and a wonderful technician, it was well worth the extra money. Great job! Thank you Walker and receptionist who worked with me to get our garage door fixed the same day. Works like new! Deeply appreciate the excellent and prompt service call. Will recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends!!

Walker - He took his time and effort to inspect the failures on garage door. He's able to break down the pricing quote based on what's neccessary to repair to fit with my budget. I actually remembered your ad about same day service (in most cases) when I realized why my garage door would not open.
