MR. Walker completely fixed my garage door, it would NO Longer open or close unless I did it physically myself and that is very difficult for an 80 year woman!!! He came on time (called 1st) & answered all my questions, was kind & polite and got right to work!! He performed general maintenance and replaced 3 heavy duty hinges.

The repair tech showed up on time, was clearly an expert, and repaired the problem quickly. He also did some adjustment on the springs and chain. The result is that the opener not only works again, but it is also quieter and smoother than before.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

Every employee I have talked to from the person answering the phone to the service man has been polite and helpful. I have always received same day service even when doing warranty work. I am very pleased with the service of this company. I had the complete garage door opener service 3 years ago and recently needed an outdoor opener while under warranty.

We called to have a broken spring replaced. The tech arrived on time. He took quite awhile before quoting a price. It was because he was preparing a proposal for replacing everything with a complete new opener, Wi Fi enabled etc. to the tune of almost $4,000. We felt the company had more of an interest in selling a lot of additional items, rather than repairing the spring that was broken. In addition, we felt it was way overpriced. In hindsight, I wish we would have thanked them for their information and then called someone else to fix it.

I was very pleased with the Genie opener quality and features. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!

My call to Precision was handled very efficiently and professionally. They listened to me , took pertinent information and got back to me within 1-2 hours. They had a technician available the same afternoon, Walker Furpahs. He was at the house within a few hours, professionally listened to me about the problem, inspected and assessed the problem. He provided two different approached with pricing and a pro & con discussion. He answered all my questions. No pressure! He had the parts in the truck for either approach I selected. The technician was on time, dedicated, and fast! It is winter in Ohio complete with sub-zero temperatures. We recently insulated our 2-car garage door to help ensure the temperature does not fall below freezing (we have an axillary electric heater). We recently added insulation to our garage door (R15). We knew the weight increase of 50-60 libs would affect the operation of the door. Precision being the original installer 4.5 years ago and having used them in the past at other locations we were confident in their ability to run the calculations to establish and replace the original springs with ones that would now be compatible with the added load of adding insulation. We used Precision Garage Door for routine maintenance (lubrication) of the door. We were given a window the same day that we called and the technician arrived in that window. He inspected the door and concluded that the operation was acceptable. He lubricated the door and showed me how to do myself in the future and left me a can of lubricant. This was the second time that we had used them. Three years ago they had to replace the motor and other parts of the door to get it operating properly. This time was just routine maintenance. I have been very happy with their quick response and I am confident in their service.
