We found a problem with our garage door on Sunday morning. We called Precision, and a technician came the same day. The technician fixed the garage door fast and efficiently. We are very happy with the outcome, and will work with them again if any other problems arise.

Can't say enough about the fast, professional service we received from Precision. We had used their service before and were very happy with the work done, so they were the first company we called this time. It was late on Saturday night when a spring snapped, also breaking a cable. Set an appointment for early on a snowy. Sunday morning. Tom Palmer showed up at the exact time, ready to work. In a very short time he had the door hanging straight, with the new springs and cable replaced. Even in the dead of winter with several inches of snow on the ground, Precision got the job done, fast. Can't say enough good about Tom Palmer. Polite, professional, and knew his business. Will certainly use Precision in the future.

What a wonderful service. Our garage door broke, the bracket came off from the door panel. The Service technician was prompt and on time. Thomas Palmer wore a mask and was very aware of CoVid issues. It was great to have Precision Door Service come out to assess my garage door. The gentle man called to confirm his appointment time. He arrived early and assessed the problem. The service provider told me what the issue was with garage door motor and provided factual wearing of it. He listened to my request for receiving estimate on new garage door opener. He did just that. He provided choices for the garage door opener and pricing. I'm glad to know Precision Garage Door was easy to access and assess my concerns. I was just ripped off by this company. I ran into my door and needed a few repairs. They added many other charges and repairs to the bill. I spoke with another repairman who verified this but they had already started the work so I wasn't able to stop it. When I asked the repairman to stop and quote me on the work he had already done because I realized the price was too high he told me that he isn't able to raise the door to remove his items and gave me a breakdown of why it is that price which seemed like he was replacing too much unnecessary stuff. Then he "talked to him manager" and somehow was able to come down over $300. I was still ripped off even with that price so I am not happy. I'm thankful that they were able to come out over the weekend but also know that I could have saved at least a couple hundred dollars had I been able to wait until Monday.

I called precision,they had someone come the same day and fix my problems. Very courteous. I had a large gap big enough for a squirel to fit under and the old opener would not let me program the in car openers to it. They found a frayed cable so I had them go ahead and change cables and install new opener. They even programmed both cars to the opener for me. Very pleased with their work.

Called Precision because our opener belt broke over the weekend and they promptly answered the phone and scheduled Tom Palmer to be at our home around 2pm. Tom arrived on time and noticed one of our springs had also broken. He took the time to explain our repair options, and even helped me look for a clip from the belt, that if we found it, would save us money on our repair. Unfortunately we couldn't find it. Tom was friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. Happy with the service we received from Tom and Precision Door Service!!
