I asked friends for a recommendation and was given Precision's name. I checked online reviews and saw only positive comments. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. Originally, I called for a repair, but ended up also purchasing a new garage door opener. The Precision rep was fast, courteous, informative, and gracious enough to stay and walk me through the original problem, the suggested solutions and then the new set up (including figuring out the wifi connection issues!) I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing this service!

So...woke up this morning after thinking all night about my garage door not functioning. Saw an ad on the morning news. Called and talked to Bianca, got scheduled for the afternoon. Tim Tomlinson called and asked to start early...discussed the opener, had one on the truck. Perfect install, changed out rollers and top brackets. It now operates quietly, opens smoothly as it should. I couldn't be more pleased, and it was all installed within several hours. Amazingly came out on New Years Day when my garage door malfunctioned. Ended up having to replace most of the old, rusted parts which was costly, but was told that I didn't need a new garage door which did save me money. To the person's credit, he did fix the problem with the door bottom which had worn away over time. Appreciated the quick service. The gentleman who came to fix the garage was pleasant, informative and quick in fixing the problem Not cheap, but he did replace a lot ...so Im sure it was appropriate

We had our new garage door system installed 3 years ago. Just recently, we had issues with one of the doors opening sometime during the night. We’d wake up to find a door open, which put our cars and possessions in the garage at risk. I called the office for help and we had a repairman visit later in the day! Our issue required one more visit from a repairman to resolve ultimately, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Speedy reply and pleasant, skilled repairmen to help us. Plus, their visits were part of our original installation so we incurred no additional costs for their visits. What a pleasant surprise! So happy we found Precision Garage Doors a few years ago.
