We had our garage door springs and related hardware replaced after our old spring broke. From the initial call to schedule an appointment all the way through the repair being completed, everything about my experience was very professional, friendly, and easy. Tim was very responsive and knowledgeable about what needed done to solve the issue and took the time to explain it to me and also care for some other maintenance to make sure I would not have to worry about my garage door for a long time. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or maintenance you may need.

Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.

Making the appointment was quick and easy with the courteous customer service person. I called in the morning and Tim, the Service Technician, arrived on time in the afternoon. In a matter of minutes the problem was diagnosed and resolved. In addition, Tim checked out the door opener and performed a safety check. Everything was in good working order and the best of all, the service was covered under the garage door opener warranty. Tim was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I have been a long time customer and will continue to use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Tim Jr came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to look at a motor and chain that had given out. From the moment he rang the doorbell he was beyond professional, friendly, and kind. He took time to explain to me what he thought might be the issue as well as listen to my concerns and ramblings of what I thought it was. Once we decided on a path forward he quickly got to work SAME DAY and had a brand new motor and keypad installed in less than 2 hours. First of all the convenience of same day was a factor of importance. I give 5 stars for sure. My tech was knowledgeable and very friendly, I had to have new springs put on and I had the other stuff attached to that done as well so it all was good to go. My tech was Tim and he was absolutely awesome. Gave me several plan options to choose from and in detail explained them to me. Not to mention very nice. He went over all work he did ang explained warranty.

There was a small communication breakdown in lining up the job. It was no big deal and I shared it with my technician so he could provide his team with feedback. At the end of the job he said he had already shared the feedback with the office and they've incorporated the feedback into their regular training. Management gave me a discount because they felt bad about the communication breakdown. Definitely not necessary but definitely a very kind thing to do that communicated a real concern for customer satisfaction!
