Very responsive, came right away and the “sales” guy was quite nice. However he gave me three generic numbers, never itemized anything and said that’s the best he could do for me. He tried to add in things that weren’t really needed, even at the lowest option. Unfortunately, the cheapest option was 650$, and after asking around others, I was told I was being ripped off. Better yet, they even knew the name of the company without even me telling them, which goes to show their reputation. Called a local guy I was recommended by someone who flips homes, came out right away and it was fixed for half the price, 350$! Please support local, if you can, which I did more research. Oh, I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged an assessment fee, but was of 50$. Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reasonable places out there!

Great experience. Called and talked to Chelsea, very nice lady, got me in same day. Kayne arrived an hour later, wore a mask the whole time, very friendly,did an inspection and gave me a number of options . He replaced everything but the door in an hour. I wouldn't use anybody else for garage door issues.

We were leaving to pick our mother up from the hospital on Thanksgiving eve and our garage door would not open ( broken springs/track etc). We contacted Precision and it was an EXCEPETIONAL experience. The lady on the phone was friendly, and helpful- within 30 minutes Kayne arrived and spent 4.5 hours repairing our door and all broken equipment. He was informative, efficient and friendly- To have this experience on Thanksgiving eve coupled with our mother in the hospital was stressful- but thanks to Kayne and the rest of the team it turned into a positive outcome. I am a customer for life to Precision based on how they handled everything. Thank you very much

Stupid me waited until it was cold and the first major snowfall to call about our garage not working. Cain arrived in a timely fashion and did a thorough inspection. Our door was relatively new but the rest (except the tracks) needed replaced. He gave me some options to choose from. Though I didn’t need this extra expense this near to Christmas, I believe I was given an honest cost for the repair. I hope I don’t need them back anytime soon, but I have a feeling they will be here if I need them. I recommend Precision. Cain was friendly and explained in a clear fashion the work that needed to be done. And he also gave me a thorough explanation of everything he did. I highly recommend Cain, also.

I called our three listed services in Newark Friday afternoon before 5 PM. They all went to a voice mail. I called your company after seeing the ad on TV. I spoke right away with Jennifer. She scheduled service for Saturday AM Kayne arrived on time, Repairs were extensive- but he explained all the options. He then completed the repairs expediently. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. His work and explanation of the repairs was very much appreciated. Please thank him and Jennifer for responding so quickly. I highly recommend this company before all others in the area. Thanks for a JOB WELL DONE!!!

Bad experience…. One of our springs broke but the door was still working. I called the night before so we could be on the schedule the next day. Talked to someone about the cost and she told me depending on the spring $65-118 each installed. When the tech showed up it was not the tech I was told or the tech in the email. After he looked at my door, he gave us three quotes. $520, $960 and $1500. The door is not that old and should not need a complete rebuild. Told the tech we are going to get another quote and he said that will be $49.95 for the service call unless we have work done. We then asked him to just do the springs. Looking at the invoice he charged $120 per spring plus a $20 fleet transportation fee???? Total $278.20 when we tried to use the $15 off coupon from the website he said he could not take it because he gave us a good deal and upgraded our springs. This is not a company I will be recommending and I think it awful how they are out to sell something you don’t need. They are not a company that is in your best interest. Stay away….

Everything needed to be replaced except for the door. Kayne was the technician. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly the problems so that I could choose the best solution. A couple of weeks ago, I returned home from working late, to discover that my garage door would not raise. That in itself was not that big of a problem. It just meant that I would have to leave the car outside for the night. However what was problematic was that my wife would not be able to get her car out of the garage the next morning to leave for work. I promptly called Precision. I was told that they could have someone at my house between 8 & 10 the next morning. It was crucial that they would arrive early enough to allow my wife time to get to work by 9:00. Thankfully our repairman Kayne S. showed up at 8:00, and made it possible for my wife to exit the garage in plenty of time to make it to her job. Kayne was cordial, polite & professional and explained what had gone wrong with our door. He showed payment options and offered helpful suggestions and advice for future reference.
