I don't usually write reviews since great service is an expectation. However, Jason was exceptional explaining all the issues with the garage door and motor. His communications skills were excellent explaining issues, cost options and post install explanation and setting my car's internal garage door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for garage door needs.

I was contacted by phone a few minutes after submitting an online request. Technician Jason was at our house within an hour of submitting the request. He fixed the problem, and suggested and completed a few things to better stabilized the process of the door opening and closing. Last night when I returned from walking the dog and closed the garage door it sounded like it had crashed onto my car. Thankfully it hadn't, but wouldn't open. I called Precision - open till 8 - and scheduled a technician (Jason D) for 1st call this morning. My 3 yr old house, with a builder grade garage door opener, had already broke its spring. After reviewing my options, I went with replacing it and 2 hrs later I have a much quieter and, no doubt, more reliable garage door opener. Jason was extremely courteous and professional, as noted on his previous reviews. He was great at explaining what had happened and the difference in quality of products. If available, I will ask for Jason if a future need arises.

Jason Daring was an excellent technician who was most able to repair and install the needed repair on both the garage door opener and garage door, The repair by Precision has enable our garage door and opener to meet the standards necessary for additional 5-10 years performance at our home. Jason was both courteous and most professional displaying skill in recognizing quickly the work needed to be done. Jason Daring was the technician that came out to install a new upgraded spring system for me since mine was broken. He explained the different options and told me the benefits and cost differences. After I made my decision , he proceeded to professionally installed the new spring system. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very personable and explained the process as he went along. He took all the old parts away, explained how to lubricate the new springs and cleaned up before leaving. Jason arrived here within an hour of our call that our garage door was not opening. He was engaging, informative and very knowledgeable. Also, incredibly patient with our many questions as to how it broke and whether it needed repair or replacing. I had used Precision Garage Door of Columbus at a previous house, so when our opener failed where we live now, they were our first call. Jason was terrific. In addition to installing mt=y new opener, he explained what he was doing, how he was going to stabilize the attachment, and then how the opener functioned. He also diagnosed that my old spring and cable attachments were about to go, suggesting how he would replace them and the long term benefits of doing so. Excellent service, excellent worker!

I had previously used Precision Door ton address an issue at my own house. This time it was at my daughter's house in German Village. Jason, the tech, was on time and quickly assessed the problem. He fixed it in20 minutes and has the door operating effectively. Overall, I was very pleased with the service at a reasonable price.
