The spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday evening stranding both of our cars inside the garage. I scheduled an appointment that evening (on-line) for Monday morning. The communication with Precision was excellent. I received immediate confirmation of my appointment, and received a text and phone call on Monday morning that their technician was on his way. He arrived around 10:45 a.m., and after looking at the door he sat down with me and went through a full range of repair options. The technician had all parts required to do the job in his van, and by 12:30 p.m. the repair was completed. He explained all his work as he was doing it and educated me on proper maintenance. He even threw in 2 cans of lubricant for me to use in the future. I am very happy with the friendly and professional service I received from Precision and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.

It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.

This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring - on a weekend - very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.

We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out -- Derek -- right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I'm only able to select one service.

The response was quicker than I expected. I was contacted by Derek within a few minutes that he was on the way to help me. He was very professional upon arrival, making sure to follow company policy. He did a very good inspection of the problem explaining to me what he thought would work and got my approval to correct the problem. Although i think the price was a little high, Darek did a very good job on my project. I assured him i would call him the next time i needed a door fix. I was unable to list all the parts used for the repairs purchased.

I was having problems with my door not opening. When I called, the person wasn't sure she could get someone out right away. But she checked, and said someone could get there about 4 PM. Derek Mason was there shortly after 4. He took his time checking everything, and discovered the problem was a leak, which caused the system short out when there was a heavy rain. He then spent 3 hours, fixing some other problems. I was impressed by how well he know his business. I know that if I have further problems, or decide to upgrade, I'll call Precision Garage Door....and ask for Derek!

From taking the service order, obtaining an appointment, calling 30 minutes in advance, describing the necessary repair, fixing the problem, the company's service was exceptional. It was unique as we have a renter in the home. The customer service was convenient and accurate. The technician, Deven M, was timely, helpful, and fixed our problem. Little disruption to the renter. This was the first time we used Precision Garage Door, but we will definitely do so again.
