My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.

Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.

Last night, August 8th, I discovered that our garage door springs needed to be adjusted. I didn't want to take the chance that the springs would break or that the extra strain would damage the motor. While trying to decide who to call I remembered your TV ads and gave Precision a call about 5:00 p.m. A service appointment was easily set up and your employee, David Morgan, arrived as promised about 6:30 p.m. David adjusted the spring tension on the door and now the door operates properly. Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!
