We chose Precision Garage Door to replace our door 3 years ago. Whenever we have called with a question or issue, their service is unbelievable. We had a very knowledgeably technician come to our house to help us reprogram our remote opener. David was a delight to work with! He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing step by step! We appreciated his expertise and professionalism! Very impressed with the great service Precision gives us each time we call!

My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

Awesome, awesome, awesome experience. My 28 year old garage door motor died on a Saturday morning. I filled out an online request for service, after a short while, a service representative offered me 3 quotes and installed my choice within the next few hours. Super satisfied with the installation and phone support I received during the process. This company is fantastic! Thank you!!

Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. I would’ve had to wait a week to get service from them . So I called precision door company and they came out the very next morning. Thank you!
