Dave was very nice, courteous and patient with me. He fixed my problem in a timely manner. Would I call precision again, probably not, because I was shocked by the initial estimate of over $2000.00! I definately should have shopped around! As a retiree on limited income I only needed the springs/cable replaced and told him I had a set amount I can afford. No Senior discount was offered either.

We had used Precision Door Services years ago for garage door springs replacement. When the door started to drop with a thud, we decided it needed attention. The young man, David Morgan, explained our options and we selected to have the door reenforced and new springs. He was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and went right to work explaining we he went to my husband. We are very satisfied and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. I called to schedule a repair for a broken garage door, and their team was incredibly responsive, scheduling a same-day appointment. The technician arrived on time and was personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained my options clearly, and walked me through the repair process without any pressure to upsell unnecessary services. The repair was completed in under an hour. Precision’s pricing was transparent, and I appreciated the upfront estimate. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Columbus to anyone needing reliable, professional garage door repair or installation.

I am very happy with the service provided by your technician David Morgan, he was very pleasant and did a great job. But the pricing of the product by your company is outrageous ! for a motor which sells on line around 150.00 dollars , i was charged and paid 1029.00 dollars. To me this is very unprofessional and not good for the reputation of your company . David was nice enough to call on my behalf to see if we can ger a reduction in price and the answer was No. Obviously I would not recommend your company to any one and not use you again in future ! a big Thank you to David for his good work .

Pricing, promotionals, efficiency, professionalism, and timelines all were great! After maintenance, a warranty that's useful was also given in the pricing. I'll recommend many who are looking for upkeep/repairs to use this company.

I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.

Technician David Morgan did a superior job. He showed up promptly, was courteous and friendly, and saved me a lot of money. He checked your records and found that when we got a new garage door in 2022, the spring was still under warranty, so he replaced the broken spring for free. After finding the broken spring this morning, his service was a very welcome surprise. Please give the man a raise!

I had a garage door opener that was circa 1970. Complete failure and need of replacement. Of course on a Sunday. David was my technician and he was fantastic. I had my call returned, service scheduled and David was on-site BEFORE I received any returned calls from other potential purveyors. WOW! I am still not used to the quiet operation of my new opener (in contrast to the Army Tank-like sounds of my old one!) David is fantastic.
