Had the spring on my garage door break Saturday night at 7pm. Called Sunday morning at 10am and someone was there at Noon on Sunday to replace the broken spring, lube the wheels, and adjust the closure distance. Technician was very good and had everything wrapped up in an hour.

The installation was seamless, and everything worked perfectly over the past year. Recently, I noticed a new noise when opening and closing the garage door. I called Precision Garage Door, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for the same day. Joshua arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the track for our belt at no cost, thanks to their excellent warranty policy. The experience reaffirmed why I chose Precision Garage Door in the first place. They truly stand by their work, have a friendly and knowledgeable team, and communicate effectively throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door services. Andrew called about 15 min before arrival and was so pleasant to meet. He explained what he was going to do before looking to see what the issue was with my door. Fortunately it was nothing major BUT explained what the issue was and what to do if it could occur again (weather related) as well as suggested maintenance tips to keep my door/opener running smoothly. With plans to replace the door in the spring/summer I will definitely call Precision Door bc the ease in booking my appointment, timely response and customer service was excellent!

I heard about Precision from advertisements on television and radio adds. When the tech David arrived, I identified the issue we were having. David did a thorough examination of our garage door and identified the work that was needed. David was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. David completed the work, resolving the problem and identified helpful hints to prolong the life of our garage door. I was pleased with the service and it was especially helpful that the service was completed the same day we called.

The scheduler was helpful giving several options for times of repair. Patrick "Conner" Mulligan was our repair person. He called ahead and was prompt. He explained what needed to be repaired and why. He carefully repaired the garage door; it was much quieter than before. I would recommend both Patrick and Precision for garage door repair. One minor detail: he forgot the paper coupon for a Free Service Call, but he did include the discount in the final charges.

Amazingly came out on New Years Day when my garage door malfunctioned. Ended up having to replace most of the old, rusted parts which was costly, but was told that I didn't need a new garage door which did save me money. To the person's credit, he did fix the problem with the door bottom which had worn away over time. Appreciated the quick service. The gentleman who came to fix the garage was pleasant, informative and quick in fixing the problem Not cheap, but he did replace a lot ...so Im sure it was appropriate
