In June 2022, I called Precision to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Matt came and took care of that problem plus repairied other related issues and so when I accidentally closed the garage door on my sister's SUV, I knew that Precision would be the company to call. I phoned on 12/30/2022 and they scheduled us for 1/1/2023. I was so surprised by the immediate scheduling and today, Adam arrived on time and in a very professional manner handled the problem to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of attention to their garage doors. Our experience has been very satisfying and their technicians are courteous and professional.

I’ve used Precision since I’d moved into my condo 8+ yrs ago. They’ve always been courteous & focused on making their installations/repairs right. I RARELY give a 5-star review—will only do so if a company has “walked on water”. This last service call was a minor thing, but I’d been without a remote for 2 months. What may seem minor to someone else, it’s huge to me, esp in this weather! Thank you!

Amazed he could get here in this weather. He got all repairs to the door done,but the belt on the motor is not available, so the job will be finished Monday. Some suppliers were closed, so that explains the lack of availability. I would recommend this company highly.

Precision came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door. (No extra charge for the weekend) Technician, Adam, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the garage door up and running very quickly. He explained all of the work done and installed a new control button that was not part of the original work order.

A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.

A word in the company name, PRECISION, says it all about the employees and company of Precision Door Service. As it typically happens, when winter sets in, mechanical things out side start failing. A week or so earlier, the battery in one of our vehicles died. Then the garage door opener started acting up. I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the next day, just missing the same day by a few minutes. Patrick Mulligan was the technician sent to our house. I knew as soon as I meet Patrick the remedy was going to go well for us. and it did. Patrick explained our options, and he immediately started working. He had EVERYTTHING, with him, no need to get parts and come back. It only took him about an hour and a half to two hours to take out our old garage door opener system and install a MUCH BETTER system. He did this while the temperature was freezing, and a stiff wind was blowing. And if he had been home. during his dinner time. Everything worked to perfection We even have battery backup now! I can’t say enough good things about Patrick, and Precision Door Services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, if you want the job well done and beyond.
