Precision Door was very responsive with a technician arriving a couple hours after my phone call. To be honest I probably would've taken the free quote and shopped it around BUT the technician Joe M. was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable and he won my confidence in him and his company. Joe replaced the Liftmaster (with belt/track) and set-up the new remote to operate the other two openers in the same garage. Precision Garage Door of Columbus just secured my future business not just for opener service but also my annual maintenance of tracks, lubricants and rollers. Thanks again Joe!

My experience today with Precision Garage Doors of Columbus was excellent. They were able to come out the same day and fix the problem with my garage door. Mike their service representative was courteous and professional and was able to fix the problem with my garage door. I have used Precision Garage Doors of Columbus before and will continue to call them when I have an issue with my garage door.

I called for repairs when my garage spring broke and was set an appointment for same day. Tech Mike M. gave me a confirmation call and showed up as stated. He came in to assess the problem and also pointed out some other issues just from normal wear and tear. He gave us a few options to choose from and made us comfortable knowing the decision was ours. All work was done in a professional manner and got our door back to working like new again. Satisfied with the work done .

Our garage door spring broke at 7am. We called and got an appointment time between 12pm-4pm. They arrived at 12:30, fixed the problem and were done by 1:45pm. Fantastic customer service! They also made adjustments to the door and it works much smoother than before. Friendly, professional, prompt service. Not one thing that they could have done better because they did everything right from the beginning! Thank you!!!!

Dave from Precision of Hilliard, Ohio was my tech and from the moment he arrived till he completed the service call he did a 110% ++ job Da e listened to my issues, closely examined the door and opener and walked me through a number of problematic issues that I did not realize Ultimately given the deteriorated condition of the door it would require more than a service call Not what I wanted to hear but Dave made sure I understood the options, what would be the best path firward and genuinely made sure his customers was happy I will use Precision again and recommend them to others!!
