I have used Precision twice in the past and they have remained true to their word. I called on 6/2 due to my garage door not closing all the way and I was scheduled for an appointment on 6/3. The Technician Muhammad Islam arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My adult son who is Autistic was also here with Mr. Muhammad and he was patient and kind while talking to me and son, while explaining this issue with the garage door. Technician David Simpson was excellent. Called before coming. Examined my garage door, then presented an itemized list of items that needed attention. Then explained each item. I was then able to make an informed decision on what repairs to do. He completed the repairs in a timely manner.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .
