Matt was great!

The technician (Mohamed) came out to give me an estimate right away and explained what was going wrong with my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and lower than two other companies. The problem was with scheduling the installation. Although the office took my messages and texts, the door department took more than a week to call me back. The installer (Alex) was friendly and did a great job. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and excited about the new door.

Our garage door opener died. Patrick assessed the opener and gave me several options. Installation was quick and efficient. Patrick noticed that one of the brackets was not anchored correctly, and had a different bracket to make it right. Our new opener is working great!

I researched many garage door services for prices, ratings, and reviews. I’m glad I decided on using Precision. Your Technician Walker was a true professional all the way from calling to let me know he was on his way to cleaning up after the job was done. Took me step by step on using all access tools to the garage from online app to wall and outside keypad. I now know who to call if I ever need garage door repairs in the future.

Spring broke Saturday night so my car was stuck in the garage! Made an appointment online for the following morning. Trevor D. was awesome! He arrived, explained the process then got to work inspecting the door to see what caused the issue (old spring). He explained everything and pointed out the problem, what was still good, what could use replacing soon, etc. He even took the time to assess the other garage door and advised what would potentially need replacing soon. I was impressed!

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door and they did a great job. They scheduled and completed my job the same day even though it was Saturday and my installer (James) did a thorough and quality job. He replaced the springs, rollers, and two brackets with bearings. He explained each component and showed me how they were worn and needed replacing. I feel very confident in the work he performed.

I needed a new rubber strip at the bottom of the garage door. The 2 gentlemen measured and installed it very quickly, then walked me through the process. I also asked them about my garage door keypad. They explained what was going on with it (old, outdated) then installed and programmed a new one. Many thanks! The guys were great!

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick - and with a smile. I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.
