I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus after initially working with another company in the area to address a damaged wood garage door. The initial quote I received seemed excessive from the other company and after working with Megan with Precision we were able to get the cost down to half of what the other company wanted without haggling or gimmicks. Dimitri from Precision arrived and performed a complete replacement of our aged wooden door with a new steel insulated door and opener within 3 hours. We couldn't be happier with the results. Beautiful and quiet. This repair was unexpected and after comparing costs with other companies we were happy that it didn't break our budget for the year. They came out next day for a detailed estimate and had the new door installed within 2 days after we accepted. This is a fantastic, professional company. They have earned our trust and if anything should ever go awry with our new door, they will be our first choice.

Our technician Joe, was very professional and knowledgeable on diagnosing our problem and gave us a few options on how to fix it! We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago - Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.

The technician (Mohamed) came out to give me an estimate right away and explained what was going wrong with my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and lower than two other companies. The problem was with scheduling the installation. Although the office took my messages and texts, the door department took more than a week to call me back. The installer (Alex) was friendly and did a great job. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and excited about the new door.
