P.G.D.S. was very thorough with correcting the garage door balance. The technician, Adam H. fixed the door balance by replacing the RED 262 spring with a RED 250 spring. Along with this, Adam also checked the motor and belt, to make sure every part of the system was 100 % ! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

He was friendly and patient in working with home warranty company I have. He was knowledgeable. However, I feel like he was trying to trick me. The quote was very high. When I asked what he can do with the allowance amount from a warranty company, he quoted me 209 dollars for a tuneup. After observing his service which only included lubricating and tightening, I checked for pricing in Groupon and found a standard tuneup service for 39 dollars. Upon showing that, he lowered the price for the tuneup. I could have been easily taken advantage of. I will look for another contractor next time.

Tom came out on the same day that I called. He inspected the door, track and closer. When he saw that my closer had a broken spindle, he showed me options and discounts that I could have. He installed a new closer quickly and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair or iinstallation.

I could not be happier with our service from Percision Garage door. We were due to leave town when our garage door stopped working properly. Percision scheduled me for the same day service on a Saturday. Our technician, Aaron was very pleasant, explained the problem and offered solutions. He ended up replacing our unit, rollers, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even programmed my wife’s car to use the opener. I received a prompt appointment to fix my broken garage door. David assessed my 20 year old garage doors and provided recommendations for fixing and rehabilitating the garage doors. I was interested in replacing my 20 year old openers, and David provided an immediate quote. Upon my approval, he fixed two garage doors and installed two openers. Our experience with Kimberly (who was our first contact with Precision) and Adam (our installer) was great! Both individuals were professional and friendly. Kimberly sent Adam out to our house within an hour. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and analyzed our garage door problem. His explanation and remedy of the problem was easy to understand. He gave us an estimate and made the repair in a timely manner. Also, just as important he supplied us "service with a smile". No one like to spend money on these types of repairs but it nice to deal a company that has people that care about their customers.

Gary L is a very nice and professional technician who fixed my garage door with new springs and other parts , I really appreciate Gary L for his work and the advice he has given inorder to maintain good practice . Had issues when I tried to open the garage door yesterday. First of all let me say that it was nice to actually have a person answer the phone when I called. I was able to schedule service for the next day and Tim was on time and very courteous. My garage door & opener are 25 years old. Tim did a safety inspection of the door and lubricated the moving parts which should get me through the winter. I'll be calling Precision to replace everything in the spring.

Walker was great. Super knowledgeable. He helped me pick which new opener would work best for my situation and had everything installed quickly. He also noticed some additional preventative repairs that could extend the longevity of his work. So I elected to add those. Sometimes it's worth paying more for quality work. I will be a repeat customer in the future. *Installed a new opener unit, new spring, and replaced some bearings.

I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need.
