We met with Sarah on July 23 and were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We ordered the doors that day and were promised delivery within 4 to 8 weeks. Today, August 18, Dmitri installed our new doors (a little less than 4 weeks after ordering) and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the service and quality of Precision Garage Door service and would highly recommend.

We had a broken spring for some time on our garage door. One Precision’s techs came out, I believe his name was Aiden, but I don’t see him on the website. He assessed the situation, explained everything that needed done, fixed it immediately, thoroughly explained what he was doing and what he did after finishing. He went over all the pricing on each part, and worked with us to stay in our budget. Very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend .

He worked efficiently, did a top-notch job, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. It is rare to find someone who is both skilled and personable, but Trevor absolutely is. The garage door needed new cables, and the repair technician did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the final outcome. However, the initial quoted price for the cables and rollers was nearly three times higher than what I ultimately paid after negotiating. While I wish I hadn’t needed to negotiate so much, I am satisfied with the service overall.

We made an online appointment and the very next morning Derek was at our home to diagnose the problem and replace our unit. His customer service was excellent - he went over the issues and solutions in detail, talked through payment options, and after the job was finished thoroughly reviewed all components with us for use and maintenance.
