The torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday - called Precision Spring they said a serviceman could come out that same day - serviceman arrived on schedule and completed the repair efficiently -garage door now works fine.

It was Sunday and I couldn't open my garage to get my car out. I was upset. I looked online and read good reviews on Precision Garage. I called and a very pleasant lady answered. I was told that someone could come out that same day and give me a free estimate. Patrick showed up soon after. He was very friendly, explained what was needed and I loved that he was not pushy and offered me different options. I decided right then and there that I wanted to go with this company. Precision Garage Door came to the house on the date and within the estimated arrival time that was provided when the appointment was scheduled. Tom called 15 minutes before arrival and went over everything he was going to do during his visit. Tom found an alternate solution for my problem that also saved some money; which was great and I never felt any pressure to decide one way or the other. A full garage door inspection was also performed at no additional charge!
