Installed new belt drive garage door opener and also replaced many broken parts (bearings, cables, shaft, installed heavy duty bracket on upper panel that was cracked). Walker was great, worked through all the issues efficiently but completely. Had the install done in 3 hours. The door / opener is so much quieter and works how I expect it to. Price was alright, Precision has 24 hour service that is no extra charge, so I understand there is overhead and salaries associated with that. So I expected to pay more to have it all done in 1/2 a day.

I heard about Precision through social media marketing outlets. It was great to get a next day appointment and service. At first after seeing the initial cost involved to replace the door springs I was in sticker shock and wasn’t sure if I could afford the repairs. But Robby, Tech, and the people at Precision worked with me to get a better deal. Hard times you know takes a toll on us all so after a bit of time and generosity of Precision the repairs were able to be made. Thank you as this has never happened to me before.
