Cannot recommend Precision enough, Jonathan Swartz helped us out and was kind, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I was really appreciative of how upfront and honest he was and if I need any other garage door work I will definitely only use Precision. Scheduling a time for service was super quick and easy. Trying to program the door opener for a new vehicle we just picked up and the spring broke on the door. We were surprised when we called Precision that they could come out yet that evening and fix it. Dustin called when he was on his way, arrived and reviewed the situation, showed me what else was excessively worn and provided a cost to repair up front. We agreed and in about 45-60 minutes we were operational again! pleased to be able to park the new car int he garage and not have to leave it out overnight. Dustin was exceptional in explaining the problem and what needed to be completed. Very pleased and would highly recommend this team!

Chase came today and replaced a spring, cables and ball bearings. He was polite and clearly explained what repairs I needed. He was very thorough and once he was finished installing the parts he called me out to the garage to go over everything he had done. Precision just earned a customer for life.

The technician arrived early, which was very nice and the spring was replaced in about 25 minutes. The springs are warrantied for 2 years, which is a year longer than the previous company I have used. I was also very appreciative that they were able to repair this the day after Thanksgiving.

Matt Eberly came to my house within 2 hours after I called in my problem to Precision Garage Doors on Saturday. Matt was very professional and had everything with him to fix my door issues. the entire repair took less than 1 1/2 hours. Matt was very helpful with the understanding on how to operate the new garage door unit. I highly recommend Precision to everyone with a garage door issue.

It’s never convenient when your garage door won’t open and you can not get your cars out! I called Precision on Sunday morning and they sent a technician later that day. No extra charge for a Sunday call due to our location. That’s a huge plus! Tim Jr. came out and installed new springs and new garage door opener…. made our garage door like new. He is who I want in our home for this service. Tim is polite and worked hard until the job was done! He treated us like family. Thank you for the service you provide. We are very satisfied.

My representative David Hejduk was superb. He represented Precision overhead door company as being courteous, new his product and explained all options before making a decision on which garage door opener that i wanted. Precision had all parts to assemble and replace old opener with little down time and cleaned up after installation. Thoroughly explained how to work opener and i am a very pleased customer. Would highly recommend your company.

I have learned from my recent repair. First do not go with a company that charges a fee to come out to look at your door. I have found many companies that do not charge. Anyways I had someone come out for 2 springs and 2 cables. Just as reference you can get 2 springs from home depot for about $150 and two cables for $20. I know that these springs are probably not as good or whatever. The guy was very nice and knew what he was doing. I received a quote for 2 new springs (regular ones not the strong ones) and 2 cables for $900.00. My jaw about hit the floor. I asked why it was so high and he couldn't answer me. I politely ask the gentleman to leave and paid $50.00 for the visit. I called another company, was able to tell them what the issue was and was given a quote of $400.00 if that was truly what the problem was. I understand that if there was more to do, it would of course be more. There was no charge to come out and the man came in, made the repair and I paid $400.00. These days I feel like everyone is trying to gouge you. Precision, I feel like you are one of those businesses. I will spread the word so I feel better about losing my $50.00

Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.

The technician, Dmitri, came out on time on the coldest day of the year, was totally upfront and transparent about the process and price, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken parts quickly so we could use our garage again and get the cars out of the cold. I was very satisfied with our experience.
