Showed up on Sunday, repaired broken spring, and installed new rollers. Has never operated as quite as does now. Did not check prices, felt as though tech was honest, was happy to get it taken care of quickly.

Precision was able to send a technician out the next day...a Saturday. Dylan Farrington called before coming and arrived when we expected. He was very efficient in his work. He showed us the problem and other things that could use attention, putting them in order by urgency and showing us the prices. There was no pressure...Just facts. The repairs were done well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was friendly and thorough.

Joe arrived today ahead of schedule (after checking with me) which I was grateful for, and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Walker F came out to check on our garage door that had recently fallen off the track, since the company who originally installed the springs and cables could not come out right away. He diagnosed the issue and politely explained it in as much detail as requested. We were very appreciative of his patience and professional demeanor. Although we ultimately requested for the original company to fix the issue that Walker correctly diagnosed, we will definitely look to working with Precision for future needs and will recommend them to others.

So this morning I discovered a spring had broken on my garage door and was definitely going to need replaced. After a quick on line search I selected Precision based on the many positive reviews. I elected to call rather than do an on line booking as it allows you to begin your assessment of customer service right away. I must say that everything from my initial conversation to the completion of the repair was both courteous, professional and certainly exceeded my expectations based on today’s level of service. The technician was outstanding and provided me with several options from just replacing the broken spring to replacing some of the other 22 year old parts. There was no pressure to fix anything other than the broken spring and I could have opted for any or all the recommended parts. The whole process was so professional I decided to replace all the recommended parts on the door as well replace all the load bearing parts on my second garage door. I received excellent service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Precision to a friend.

I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus to repair a garage door spring that broke. I chose Precision because of their excellent on-line reviews and I am glad I did. Precision technician David Morgan arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and he clearly explained everything to me. I authorized the service to be performed and the garage door was repaired. The charge was reasonable. David Morgan did an excellent job and I highly recommend both him and Precision Garage Door of Columbus to anyone who has a problem with their garage door.
