Four years ago, we had Precision install a new door system. The gentleman (Tim) that came to our house reviewed the damaged system and recommended it be replaced. He installed a new door opener. He was very thorough, and we didn't have an issue until this week. One of the springs had to be replaced. Tim related the fact he remembers us because he was the one that did our first repair. He also reminded us that the system was under warranty. Tim did the repairs and maintenance. He was very friendly and finished the repairs in less than a 1/2 hour. We are very happy with Precisions response and level of service.

Something happened to the cable that wouldn't allow our garage door to close when we left for work in the morning. Called Precision around 7:30 am and they had a technician at the house at 10:00 am. He discovered the cable jumped off the wheel. Nothing was broken. He corrected the issue and re-adjusted the door. Very happy with the quick response and professionalism of the field tech.
