I needed to check why the code panel for the garage opener was not working. The tech who came was very professional and helpful. He informed me that it would need to be changed. The price that he quoted me was at least double of what I would estimate for an upper range of reasonable, after I factor in $50 for the visit (even though the visit is supposed to be free) and $50 for 20 minutes of service. The equipment does not cost more than $20 online. So yes, it is my fault for wanting to get it over with and accepting the price, but it was way overpriced.

Precision was the best decision I made. I was lucky to have one of the best door repairmen too. You couldn't close the door at all. There were multiple issues, within hour-in-half, the door easily closed and opened. Thanks for a job well done above my expectations.

Just want to say that the service tech, Trevor, was outstanding in terms of understanding the issue I had and worked hard to resolve the problem. The door issue I had was unique and specific to the door bottom weather seal and how it contacted a very uneven cement garage floor. I'm satisfied with the outcome of Trevor's work. His customer rapport is excellent and you can easily tell he knows what he is doing. He works hard. Nice guy for sure. Everything was fully explained ahead of the work being done.

Received great service from Precision Garage Doors today. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, Imani was familiar with the issue and fixed it professionally and timely. Also went beyond the call, upon leaving, noticed the door wasn’t flush with the ground and came back in to fix it! Also lubed all the wheels! Efficient, polite and knowledgeable with system. This was the second time using Precision. Danny was the technician that came out and was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a new weather strip put on my door and also I noticed my opener was starting to get very slow and sometimes stopping when going up. I needed a new remote for my garage door opener. When I called to inquire, a very friendly person, not voicemail, answered my call, even though it was on a Saturday. She offered an appointment that same day, which was wonderful. Jacob came to deliver and program my remote. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. You know I could do the review but it probably wouldn't look good. Your model set me up with over a $5000 estimate and ultimately a $300 repair was needed. I can't believe that every part of my my garage door system needed replaced besides the panels. But apparently they did. Weird on an 18 year old door. It's a garage door after all. Let's not overthink it. But if you are correct then probably cheaper to get a whole new door than to replace every piece of hardware plus labor on door. I won't be back. So I will also refrain from your review. Oh wait after actually typing this out and reading it back to myself, I think it would be a good idea to let others know of my experience.
