I had the pleasure to getting Mike once again. This guy truly knows what he’s doing, also a family man. We had conversations about some dues and don’ts about our two garage doors. He showed me how to maintenance them to prevent future breakdowns. Thanks Mike, I appreciate all your professionalism and heads up on how to maintain our garage doors. If you want someone who really knows what they’re doing, not meaning that Precise Garage door other guys don’t, I’m just saying, Mike has been at my house twice only to fix some 1964 year old doors. And they have not given me any problems since. Thanks, Mike .

They corrected our old door after we had new concrete poured and the door now closes perfectly and seals at the bottom. The battery needed to be replaced (gave of a buzz every 2 minutes) and they came out the same day and there was no charge ( we are still under warranty).

After allowing another garage repair business come in and rig my garage door without actually fixing the issue I did my research and found Precision.. with all the 5 star reviews I felt more confident about my choice this time around. I was not disappointed! A 5 year warranty, no scam & just honest work. New install of springs and cables and the garage is back up and running properly. Truly appreciate it!

My spring broke. Technician, Jacob Jones, arrived on schedule even though it was late and weekend. Told him problem and fix it as if it was his own door. He was very personable and professional and questioned me when a choice of type of part arose. After completion I have a totally rebuilt door better than when it was new. I'm particular but couldn't be more satisfied especially with the professionalism of the technician. Kudos to Jacob.

Precision sent someone out almost immediately after requesting help, which was great. A quote for new springs over the phone was $100-$300. As someone who is very novice and not knowing much about garage doors I was talked Into replacing more than just the spring because the rep Dylan “ Didn’t feel comfortable putting new springs on what I already had”. I appreciated his outlook as the “ Professional” in the room and agreed. Once he finished, he then mentioned I had a bad motor which would be another $600 to fix. This was interesting because the motor was not a problem before. I politely declined and had my father come look at the motor who was actually able to fix it in three minutes and asked who had altered the force adjustment dial (obviously was not me I didn’t even know that existed). I probably paid double what was really needed for my style of garage after expressing I didn’t need anything fancy over and over then was going to pay an attritional $600 for something that wasn’t even broken. Precision refunded my entire amount completely within 72 hours of calling in explaining the situation but the field manager will not call us back unfortunately.

I will never call Precision to ever come and repair anything for me...the gave me a quote to replace my garage door opener...and charged me over $2000.00 for a Geni Garage door opener that only cost less than $300.00 at lowes and home deport..they over charge way too much for something I had re place for less than $600.00. Call around before calling them, you will save a lot of money.

We had new garage doors installed yesterday, Jeff Johnson was the sales person and Dimitri Sierra and Alex Eliopoulos did the installs. They were all very professional from start to finish. They showed up when promised, asked before and after if we had any questions about any of the work, the doors look and work perfect. Knew reputation and past performance; however, Precision's mark-up on Genie Opener was highly excessive for the garage door opener market. The labor charge was reasonable for this area, but product cost made this an expensive deal. More economical to purchase opener online or at big box store and pay for installation. Also, not receiving an immediate copy of the invoice was unacceptable.
