Our garage door broke down early morning on a Sunday. One of the door cables had broken and the door was angled and frozen in place. I have used Precision before and contacted them to get service on the door. The customer service attendant was very pleasant and efficient in understanding my issue. She got a technician dispatched and had the tech out to my home within two hours of my call on a Sunday. The tech analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and had my door fixed in 90 minutes. A very good overall experience. I will contact Precision for future door issues.

This is the second time we’ve used Precision and, once again, they exceeded our expectations. Walker came out the same day we called (on a Saturday), quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the estimate. There was no attempt to up-sale. Just straightforward, polite and respectful communication. He fixed the problems efficiently then showed me everything he replaced with detailed explanation.
