I am very pleased with our Precision Garage Door and also with the Precision Service Personnel that installed my new garage door in 2021. I needed a new remote for my garage door opener. When I called to inquire, a very friendly person, not voicemail, answered my call, even though it was on a Saturday. She offered an appointment that same day, which was wonderful. Jacob came to deliver and program my remote. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thomas was very professional and friendly. He did the job ( in the rain) I might add, He explained everything he did and showed me what still needs to be done, through another company. My garage door is sealed and very little co ok d air comes in now. Before it was like cc a freezer in the garage. I can't say enough about Precision Garage Door Repair. They are a wonderful company and Thomas is the best! Call them if you need a repair done on your garage door. Pics are the sides and. bottom of the door. Before the sides and bottom were open along. You know I could do the review but it probably wouldn't look good. Your model set me up with over a $5000 estimate and ultimately a $300 repair was needed. I can't believe that every part of my my garage door system needed replaced besides the panels. But apparently they did. Weird on an 18 year old door. It's a garage door after all. Let's not overthink it. But if you are correct then probably cheaper to get a whole new door than to replace every piece of hardware plus labor on door. I won't be back. So I will also refrain from your review. Oh wait after actually typing this out and reading it back to myself, I think it would be a good idea to let others know of my experience.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday - called Precision Spring they said a serviceman could come out that same day - serviceman arrived on schedule and completed the repair efficiently -garage door now works fine.

It was Sunday and I couldn't open my garage to get my car out. I was upset. I looked online and read good reviews on Precision Garage. I called and a very pleasant lady answered. I was told that someone could come out that same day and give me a free estimate. Patrick showed up soon after. He was very friendly, explained what was needed and I loved that he was not pushy and offered me different options. I decided right then and there that I wanted to go with this company. I was very pleased with Patrick, the job he did and the fact that I got 1 year free financing. I would definitely recommend this company.
