Professional installation and courteous instructions were provided on the operation of the new opener. The entire experience was amazing...except for the reason I had to call for assistance. The folks answering the phone were pleasant, compassionate, and so helpful. i called late afternoon and was promised assistance that same evening. However, the technician came an hour earlier than the initial starting time for the appointment! My door was completely off track, dented, rollers all over the garage floor and resting on the top of the bars on the roof of my car. David was incredible!!! He secured the door so he could lift it and I could exit the garage. He then did all necessary repairs. I couldn't be more pleased not only with his work, but his attitude and politeness. In a little over an hour I had a functioning garage door! I will surely recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Same day service-my garage door would not open. My technician Muhammad Islam performed a review of my garage door and made recommendations to correct the issues. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner. Muhammad went over everything he had done and explained the changes that were made to my system. My sister has used Precision in the past so the company came highly recommended. Same day service is the best!

I was scheduled the same day I called. I had a problem with a door opener Precision had installed last summer. The technician arrived on time and fixed the sensor that had been slightly bent. He also checked and oiled the chain. I needed an extra opener which he had on his truck. He was polite and professional, and finished up quickly. We are so grateful to Sarah and Dimitri from Precision Door. First Sarah contacted us when she heard about the damage to our door. She met our schedule and met with us at a convenient time for us. She helped us pick the product we needed and scheduled the work the very next morning. Dimitri, called, arrived on time and worked diligently in the cold to get the door done efficiently and expertly. Had the spring on my garage door break Saturday night at 7pm. Called Sunday morning at 10am and someone was there at Noon on Sunday to replace the broken spring, lube the wheels, and adjust the closure distance. Technician was very good and had everything wrapped up in an hour.
