I called Saturday to get an appointment to fix my garage door. Was given a 2pm to 4pm windows on Monday with the assurance that a technician would call when he was on his was. At 3:22 I was called that he was behind but would definitely fix today. I called at 5:30 and was told he would be there. At 6:31 he called to reschedule for Tuesday morning. What ! Everyone works. Good thing the vehicles are all out if the garage. Contacting other companies tomorrow.

Precision was able to send a technician out the next day...a Saturday. Dylan Farrington called before coming and arrived when we expected. He was very efficient in his work. He showed us the problem and other things that could use attention, putting them in order by urgency and showing us the prices. There was no pressure...Just facts. The repairs were done well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was friendly and thorough.

Joe arrived today ahead of schedule (after checking with me) which I was grateful for, and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me 2-3 different options and I chose the one that worked best for me. I appreciated his candor and honesty regarding the repair. I used to be with another company where the owner retired and sold it to Don’s and although I have tried them once, I was not nearly as impressed with them as I am with Precision. Walker F came out to check on our garage door that had recently fallen off the track, since the company who originally installed the springs and cables could not come out right away. He diagnosed the issue and politely explained it in as much detail as requested. We were very appreciative of his patience and professional demeanor. Although we ultimately requested for the original company to fix the issue that Walker correctly diagnosed, we will definitely look to working with Precision for future needs and will recommend them to others.
