Tim was incredibly prompt and professional right from the get-go and did an excellent job and being clear and concise about pricing, offers, and services. He added reinforcements to my door as well as installed a new spring after the prior one broke last night. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a customer in the future if I run into any more issues.

My tech was Curt V and he was very curtious and conscientious about his work. Things did not go smoothly for this repair and he never got upset or unsafe. His workmanship was good, the spring he used was based on the ones he took off and he felt the door was still too heavy. He then proceeded to try another spring pair and they were better but the drums for the cables were worn too much and as we were checking the installation the cables slipped off the drum. Soo, as we chuckled the third time is the charm and it was perfect after replacing the drums. I will say he got quite the workout today, but kept a positive outlook and worked nonstop until it was done right and done safely.

We chose Precision Door because we frequently see their advertising. Our garage door was on the fritz, and we needed help. They were able to send a technician the same day. We can't speak highly enough of our technician Jason Daring. He was prompt and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. He worked very hard to get it done independently. David Hejduk came to replace broken garage door opener and done a very good job. He called right before the time frame that office told me to informed when will he arrive. He explained things clearly and helpful. It was late afternoon and he worked through night to finish the job. He also cleaned everything with nothing left on the floor, no paper, not staple and no screw. Job well done, David. Great company and technicians to deal with.

Great service! Had my garage door opener spring busted in two and Precision was quick to come out and get my car out of my garage. Dustin was excellent! He arrived earlier then my scheduled appointment, told me exactly what was needed, very personable and professional, and did the job really quick. Will definitely use Precision again.

I would never recommend your company to my neighbors, your tech never even looked at my garage door he just went into sales mode and wanted to sell me a $980.00 opener. He took my $50.00 and ran would like a refund, your customer service told there was no service charge another lie.

Thomas was great, he ran into a problem with the door not clearing the top but he never gave up until the door cleared. I would recommend him anytime. I bought this garage door opener from Home Depot contacted manufacturer and they gave me your number. Called and was able to have opener installed the next day, that is service. First I want to say amazing employee!!!! David new his stuff and was extremely willing to help my diy garage door install gone wrong and took the time to make everything run perfect. Secondly great customer service called in the morning and job was completed that evening matter fact David didn't leave my house till 10 o'clock pm. All I can say is awesome company job well done!!
