I needed a spring replaced on my garage door. I called in the work order and was surprised to get a live person to talk to which is reassuring to begin with. Service tech Tim came to do the job. He was clear and concise about pricing, upgrades to the better springs. He was speedy and the job went well. I highly recommend Precision to my friends.

Tech showed up when he was supposed to and was patient as I was on a business call, he waited for about 10-15 minutes until I finished the call and explained to me the problem and options, even options going with the garage door manufacturer. Ultimately I did have Precision Door do the work as I was not prepared to pay the cost of the estimate. Very professional and informative tech.

I called Precision Garage Door this morning, and by 10:30 A.M. my garage door was back to running smoothly. Tim Tomlinson was polite and friendly, and explained to me exactly what had been the problem as he fixed it in seconds. Last night we were watching TV and we heard a loud noise but did not know where it came from, this morning my husband went to go out and the garage door would not come up and this was about 9 am. I went online and booked an appointment, and by 10am they were out at my house and fixed the door in under and hour and the price was less then I thought. Would definitely recommend them to others.
