When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. After about 20 minutes of servicing the door and keypad he explained what happened. A VERY professional knowledge person. I would recommend Precision to ANYONE

MR. Walker completely fixed my garage door, it would NO Longer open or close unless I did it physically myself and that is very difficult for an 80 year woman!!! He came on time (called 1st) & answered all my questions, was kind & polite and got right to work!! He performed general maintenance and replaced 3 heavy duty hinges.

Our main spring broke at 3:30 and I called Precision and told them we needed to leave by 6:00 PM. The woman who took my call reassured me that the technician was finishing another job and would be available after 4:00. I received a txt message that he was on his way. Trevor was very polite and explained what I needed, and he used an iPad to show me options to make decisions whether to upgrade. No pressure sales. I took the less expensive option and Trevor had it replaced by 5:45. I was very impressed with the service.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Palmer today. He met me at the home I am building and buying at the end of this month. He helped me to understand the parts of the garage door and asked me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what was available for me to choose from.
