Your company came out four years ago and installed a garage door opener, which we couldn’t be more happy with. Last night on New Year’s Eve the spring broke (unrelated to the opener). I took a chance and called on New Year’s Day and was pleasantly surprised someone answered. The technicians came out right away and did a fantastic job! Hats off to Tom and Malachi!! Last night when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud crack, but everything looked OK. This morning I couldn’t open it after calling Precision. They had a repairman on their way within 30 minutes. Turns out one of my springs had broken. These were original to the house which was built in 1967 so they replaced them at a new bearings and cable and it’s like a new garage door. It opens so smoothly and quietly and effortlessly Matt Gave me two estimates just for the spring and the springs and everything that was wearing out. I didn’t want to recall so I asked him to just fix everything that needed it. It all took less than an hour highly recommend this company and Matt

Precision had been recommended about three years ago by my son. And they came and installed a new motor and cable for me last night when I closed my garage door I heard a loud crack, but everything looked fine but this morning the garage door would not open Precision came within 30 minutes of my phone call turns out I had broken springs. Matt gave me two estimates, and I opted for him to fix everything that was wearing out including the springs that were broken because I didn’t want to have to worry about anything else breaking in the near future and having a call back repair service. He replaced the springs bearing cable and some rollers on the door and it acts like a new door now! Now I have peace of mind knowing that it’s safe.

Service was fine and quick but way overpriced. Even with the $75 mailer coupon, $660 to replace 2 springs on the same door is ridiculous. Took less than an hour of work. Had the same work done in North Carolina 2 years ago and paid $200 less, and I thought that was expensive.

On Dec. 19 Bradley Bryant came out to help us with an on-going issue we have been having the garage door keypad. The last rep. wasn't very helpful and this keypad was causing major problems for my family. Bradley showed up and I explained what the problem was and he went right to work and solve the problem in a matter of minutes. Our family can't thank Precision and Bradley enough for finally taking care of this issue for us. If Precision continues to have employees like Bradley, I will always recommend Precision as the garage doors of 1st choice to anyone. I actually recommended Precision already to my neighbor who was having garage door issues.

The day started off on the wrong foot. Springs broke so the door could not be opened. Called and a technician was there before I got off the phone explaining to my job I was going to have to work from home. James Damron handled everything from start to finish. Just needed to brief me on the estimate, and got to work. I did not know when he was done and tested it a few times. The new LiftMaster garage door opener is whisper quiet and opens the door 3X faster. I could have went to work when he was done, but decided to stay home and program my new toy. Very happy with everything.

Our garage door opener quit working after partway closing the garage door. We had previously had Precision change our system from 2 springs to 4 springs and replace the rollers when one of the springs broke and were very happy with the work they did. I called to see when they could come out this time and was pleasantly surprised that it would be the same afternoon! Tom contacted us to let us know he was on the way and showed up within an hour or two after I had called to make the appointment. He provided a couple of options for the replacement of our 16-year old garage door opener and completed the work within a couple of hours. We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, quick response time, and courteous and professional work!
