This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring - on a weekend - very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.

Went over different options to have the door repaired, I chose what would work for my budget at this time. Dave got right to work and finished within an hour. The man who worked on my garage door was very good. He was helpful and efficient. You are supposed to come and finish the job in 3-4 weeks. That is fine. I did feel that the garage door opener was a little too expensive. I don't know what one would cost at the store but I imagine it wouldn't be more that $500. This one cost $1300. I also was told that I would get an invoice in an email, but as of yet I have not received one. Other than that I am pleased with the service and look forward to having my new garage door installed.

We had our new garage door system installed 3 years ago. Just recently, we had issues with one of the doors opening sometime during the night. We’d wake up to find a door open, which put our cars and possessions in the garage at risk. I called the office for help and we had a repairman visit later in the day! Our issue required one more visit from a repairman to resolve ultimately, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Speedy reply and pleasant, skilled repairmen to help us.
