The phone staff was great. They scheduled a visit from a tech to come out the same day. There was a 4 hour window, I wasn't to happy about that. But, the tech was able to come earlier. He was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and fixed my garage door in just about an hour. Thank you Precision for taking care of me. Jenny

Pat did a great job and was very personable! I had 2 springs and a new keypad installed and it was $650 which felt a little steep but they were there the morning after I called to do the job so I am willing to pay a little more for that. I will use them again.

We came home one evening to our garage door not opening. We called Precision Garage Door the next morning and a professional was at our home the same morning. Tim Tomlinson was very knowledgeable of all components of the garage door and systems. He was able to assess the door and provide a diagnosis in very short order. Tim made the repairs and had our door back serviceable within a few hours. Overall really good experience.

I believe the guy that came to my house was named Corey. It was straight forward on pricing and set to work right away. Probably was done within 45 mins. I would use the service again. The price I didn’t love $416 for a single spring replacement but what you going to do?

Quick same-day service. The gentleman that came to our home was wonderful. Precision door came quickly when I called about a faulty keypad garage opener on my garage. Precision had installed it a year ago. Since it was still under warranty, technician replaced keypad. Great technician. Great service.

While the driver was professional and courteous, the price was outrageous. I couldn’t fix the issue myself so unfortunately, I was forced to pay. These guys make more than doctors. $500 for 25 minutes worth of work if that they didn’t need any parts they didn’t make any true repair other than releasing the springs and resetting them. Just feel like I was ripped off because they could.

Turns out estimate was incorrect but Management listened to the issues and correctly fixed the door and insured I was satisfied with the work that was done before leaving. I was so very impressed with every aspect of your service. I made an appointment for the very next day after I called at the exact time that I wanted. I was called a half an hour ahead of time to let me know that the service person was on his way. When he arrived at my house, he gave me a very thorough explanation of what was needed and what was going to be done. Every element of the repair was done perfectly and timely….and as he had discussed with me. The spring had broken on my garage door between the time that I left for work and the time that I returned home. I was on the phone with Precision before 4:30 p.m. and was relieved that they could come out today sometime between 6 and 10 p.m.. At 4:45 or so my phone rang and Tony from Precision called to find out if it would be acceptable to come earlier. Tony showed up around 5 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options (there were 2 different quality levels of spring available for my door). He finished the job before dinnertime, even with taking the time to explain everything he did, as well as to make recommendations for work I may need in the future (the rollers were showing signs of wear, but they did have some life in them). I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family for the quick response and friendly customer service.

I called the Precision this morning and I explained my garage door needed to be repaired as soon as possible since my garage would not open not allowing me to pull my vehicle out. They were able to get me an appointment with the times I was available. Walker my technician called me to let me know he was on his way and text me to let me know he was caught in traffic and would be 5 minutes later. Walker came in did an inspection with everything that he recommended to be repaired. He then went and wrote up the cost of everything and gave me my options of what needed to be done and explained everything. He was very precise and explained why this may have happened to my garage. I decided to go with all the recommendations and I was happy there was a warranty. I would highly recommend using Precision for all your garage repairs. The staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful.

I have a Guardian garage door opener but the outside remote quit working. I ordered a universal remote that supposedly was compatible but upon receipt, we couldn't get it to work. I Googled for a nearby and experienced garage door service company and decided to ask for help from Precision Door. I called on Friday and they were here, on time, on Monday as promised. The technician was professional, friendly and, most importantly, helpful with his advice. He assessed the situation and made recommendations for us to find the remote device we needed. He also offered to return once we got the replacement remote if we needed his help. And, get this....he didn't charge us!!! Getting that kind of courtesy from a service company is unheard of. Consequently, I will be sure to remember their name and share it with anyone I come across who needs the help they can provide. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

My garage door malfunctioned early on a Sunday morning and was terribly cockeyed and off track. My truck was trapped and I had a busy day scheduled. I called Precision Door at 8:30 am, a tech was at my home by 10:20 am, and the garage door was repaired and working better than before by 11:00 am. Precision Door tech "Danny" did a great job!
