I had a spring break on my garage door. I called Precision at 2 PM on Sunday and my door was fixed by 4 PM. It doesn't get much better than that!

The original repair person came out on Friday night without the tools necessary to complete the project. We rescheduled for Saturday evening and the repairs were completed. Sunday morning when I opened the garage door the cables came loose on one side of the door. I called and asked for a warranty call back and original they wanted to schedule the warranty work for Monday. After a little encouragement from me the work was scheduled and completed on Sunday....no issues so far. The whole experience could have been great IF the work was completed on Friday as scheduled.

Tom came and together we assessed some options for a new opener. I initially suggested a Jackshaft, which Tom agreed would be a good decision, but went over less-expensive options. After determining that a Jackshaft would be optimal for the way my home was constructed, he quickly and efficiently installed my new Genie 6170H-B Jackshaft. After installation, he went over the details on how the opener operates, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up everything he brought into my garage, including my old opener. Extremely impressed with the professionalism Tom showed, which has been the standard every time I've had the need to work with Precision. Walker was a friendly knowledgeable service tech! I chose Precision Garage Door company from a recommendation from a friend. My old garage door opener stopped working with the remote, and since it was almost 50 years old, it was unable to be repaired. Walker was able to give me a competitive price and do the work immediately. The new motor is much quieter and I'm sure the outside panel will come in handy! I'm very satisfied!

The technician arrived on 5/1/24, ahead of the appointment time and was very courteous and professional. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation, and did not take my money. He told me that certain cement work had to be done before he could repair or install the "bottom seal" of my garage. As soon as I get the cement work done I would definitely use Precision Garage Door company.

I chose Precision a few months back because they had a good reputation. Although my new door was looking good, it seemed to be noisy when operated. The technician who serviced the door today was very thorough and determined the needed adjustments. He worked with efficiency and explained what he had done to correct the problem. I am now satisfied with the operation of the door with less noise. Because the door was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. Thank you, Precision!

I was having to replace the batteries in our keypad opener nearly every week. Precision had installed a new one along with overhead opener and other work in 2021. The technician, David, noted he was here in’21 as part of the service team. He said there has been issues with the keypad we had so he installed a new one, helped reprogram it, and said there was no charge as everything was still under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! We’re Precision customers for life. Thanks, everyone!

We built a new garage and needed a garage door opener installed. We had seen television advertising for Precision Garage Door and thought we'd give them a try. We were thrilled with our decision! They came out very quickly, gave a quote for 2 openers and did the work on the spot. Derek Mason was professional, courteous and gave a great deal of information so we learned a lot. We loved the openers he installed and also had him change the chain to a belt on our existing garage opener. We highly recommend Precision. What a difference. They can't have a better customer facing employee than Derek... he was great!

David, our technician, was personable, skilled, and accommodating. I had to admire his acrobatic balance on the very top of the step ladder. I would have surely fallen off. He was very precise and I very much like the product, although I have heard quieter doors opener systems. The only downside was that it was late, and he still had a final job to do an hour away from our house. As it was late, and he may have been pressing to get on the road, he did not check the car buttons. They were incorrectly programmed. It will be a simple fix, but he will have to return tomorrow.

Highly recommended. This was my first time needing to contact a garage repair company and they will now definitely be my go to place moving forward. The scheduling process was easy and quick. I needed same day service and the tech was out to me within an hour. The tech I had was David M. and he was phenomenal! David had great customer service, was very friendly and easy to talk. He help me narrow down the issue that was causing my garage door to open randomly during the night and reprogrammed my existing beepers. He also sent me a quote on options for a new garage motor in case I had further issues with my ancient current motor. My nosey 3yr old was very curious as to what David was doing so David took time to open up his van and show my son the cool tools and cabinets that were in his work van. Then sealed the deal with a sticker! If bonuses are given David M. Definitely deserves one! 10/10 recommend! Thank you

Service Technician showed up at my house today on time. David Hejduk went above and beyond for me. He installed a new door opener and keypad. Also, programmed my car so I could get into my garage! Very professional and knowledgeable! Kept me informed during the entire process. Would definitely recommend him for any future projects. The entire company was so kind and helpful from the first phone call to the final installation. Kudos to Precision for hiring GREAT people!!
