I called Precision Garage Door Service today at 2:30pm and they had someone at my house at 3:45pm! Matt Eberly was our technician, and I can't say enough great things about him! He was personable, professional, and got to work so quickly! He was able to fix the motor to our garage in under an hour. I will definitely be using Precision again in the future and will recommend them to my network. Thanks again, Matt! You rock!

Our daughter had had a good experience with Precision. So when our garage door mechanism jammed, we didn’t hesitate to call. The service was timely, professional, accurate, transparent, efficient, and complete. The service tech, Johnny, was very personable, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Matt Eberly was our prior tech. He installed a garage door opener this winter and we had an issue with it going up and down. He was here on April 15th. On time and very good service. We love your company and would recommend it to everyone. It was nice to have the same technician. Excellent service.

I have a beautiful wood garage door but it had a motor way too small and all the hinges were old and frozen. When the door went up and down all shook and was noisy. James from Precision spent over 3 hours replacing all the old, noisy parts and now it runs smooth as silk. Love it!

Working with Precision Garage Door was really quick and easy. This morning we had Precision install a new Liftmaster garage door opener. Our serviceman Tom P. was knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and a delight with whom to work. He cleaned up well after he finished the installation, programmed our remotes, and explained how the opener inside the garage worked. This is the third time we have worked with Precision and each time, we were fully satisfied with the work. We recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend. Door had a broken spring. Next day service. There is some science to balancing a garage door. David took the time to make sure the door was balanced perfect. Works better than when it was new.

James did an absolute great job. He explained various options and associated costs with replacing our broken spring. He also explained the warranty options. Because of the design he had to essentially rebuild things. He was very quick and efficient. I was also able to get a nice veteran bonus to help save $$$. Well, the person came as promised and gave me a fair listening of what i wanted and made appropriate suggestions. I was very impressed and decided to not just have my problem fixed for the short term but decided upon a very nice upgrade as well. I was very impressed by the low pressure and thorouhness withwhich I was presented options. I would give this six stars on a 5 star scale.

Adam was great. He was efficient, friendly and courteous. He fixed the immediate problem of replacing the back up battery and lubed the tracks. He told us of additional issues but the cost is too great to do those repairs. We will use Precision Door in the future.

There were many available appointments so I was able to get my garage door inspected and repaired during a time that worked with my schedule. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly, honest, and efficient. He arrived on time and explained what needed fixed in terms that a layperson could understand. He also talked about parts that could also be tuned up or replaced to improve performance/longevity. We ended up going with the simplest fix, but Precision will be the first call if we have any future garage door issues. I would highly recommend this company and technician!
