Our garage door opener quit working after partway closing the garage door. We had previously had Precision change our system from 2 springs to 4 springs and replace the rollers when one of the springs broke and were very happy with the work they did. I called to see when they could come out this time and was pleasantly surprised that it would be the same afternoon! Tom contacted us to let us know he was on the way and showed up within an hour or two after I had called to make the appointment. He provided a couple of options for the replacement of our 16-year old garage door opener and completed the work within a couple of hours. We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, quick response time, and courteous and professional work!

Wow what great service. My Precision Door technician showed up right on time, explained everything he was going to do, and got to work fast. My new springs and cables were replaced in no time. I highly recommend them. Booking the appt online was quick and easy. It was nice to do that on Christmas Day and have the door fixed the next morning. Awesome technician!

I don’t know if you hear this from a client, but it was a wonderful experience having your technician repair my garage door. He was courteous, charming and kind. He did an analysis of my whole system and was able to make the repairs necessary to improve the action off my door. And replace worn mechanism to my satisfaction. I thought the price was a little high but I had to get the work done so I could get my car out of the garage. However, having said that, I am very satisfied with the work completed by the technician. Ryan was very professional and courteous and my garage door has never been better or quiet.

I was referred to precision by a friend who has used their services in the past. I got on the Internet and made an appointment at 1:30 on the same day. They had a window from 2 to 6 and Kourtney was at my house by 220 and my new garage door was installed by 4:30 on the same day! Amazing service, helpful, friendly, and honest.

Cameron and Joe were great! They arrived less than 90 minutes after I called for emergency repair service. Cameron outlined my options very clearly from absolutely required repairs to replacing the whole unit as it is over 25 yrs old. I chose to only do the necessary repairs right now but will definitely call Precision when we are ready to upgrade and replace.

I’m a repeat customer. Last year, we had our garage door opener replaced along with updating other moving parts. This year I moved and couldn’t believe the noise coming from my garage door opener! Tim came out, inspected the outdated, on-it’s-last-legs equipment, and gave me estimates on two ways to modernize the door opening system depending on my budget. Our garage door was damaged beyond repair on 12/19. I called Precision and within 2 hours they were at my house assessing the damage. Jake the Tech was great! He talked us through our options, and fixed the door so it would be secure for the night. On 12/20 the installer was at the house replacing the garage door! They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and were so polite and respectful! The door Is great and looks awesome!

Excellent service. Our garage door literally crushed on itself, warping the rails and the door to the point we could not close the door. Called Sunday afternoon. Spoke with a real person. Danny arrived within an hour and a half of the call. Danny took the time to analyze the mess and worked to figure out a fix. End of the appointment, we have a secure garage door. Looking forward to getting it replaced now. You all will be my first call from now on.

A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.
