I’m a repeat customer. Last year, we had our garage door opener replaced along with updating other moving parts. This year I moved and couldn’t believe the noise coming from my garage door opener! Tim came out, inspected the outdated, on-it’s-last-legs equipment, and gave me estimates on two ways to modernize the door opening system depending on my budget. He had all parts on the truck and I soon had a garage door that I am confident that it will open quietly and smoothly every time.

Our garage door was damaged beyond repair on 12/19. I called Precision and within 2 hours they were at my house assessing the damage. Jake the Tech was great! He talked us through our options, and fixed the door so it would be secure for the night. On 12/20 the installer was at the house replacing the garage door! They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and were so polite and respectful! The door Is great and looks awesome!

Excellent service. Our garage door literally crushed on itself, warping the rails and the door to the point we could not close the door. Called Sunday afternoon. Spoke with a real person. Danny arrived within an hour and a half of the call. Danny took the time to analyze the mess and worked to figure out a fix. End of the appointment, we have a secure garage door. Looking forward to getting it replaced now. You all will be my first call from now on.

A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.

The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!

Matt came to install a garage unit in my new home on 12/18/2025. Matt came to my previous home to do some repairs to that garage door. Both times, he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The service I received was excellent. Mike McCllelan was the technician and very knowlegeable and efficient. I was a little surprised at the price but my old unit was 25 years old, so that's how it is. But good service in a very timely manner. The problem presented at about 5:00 pm and Mike was all finished before 7:30 pm. Can't beat that!

Tom came by to fix my garage door. It would open but not close all of the way. I scheduled an appointment online and they were here in 2 hours. Tom noticed that my sensor was bent. (I think I ran into it). He bent it back and fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the prompt and efficient service!!

Pricing is exploitative. Representative played dumb that he didn't know he was selling me a $400 garage door opener for $1400. Also tried to sell me extra opener remotes for 10x the off the shelf price. He told me it was a 3 hour install job and he was done in 45 minutes. This business is a classic example of the Enshittification of everything these days. I'm guessing Precision Garage Door has sold out to some private equity group, and they are now squeezing every penny possible of the customer base. Praying for the comeback of local businesses that don't need an iPad to provide you basic services.

We had previously used Precision for repair work on a broken spring. When our door would not open but would close we anticipated a hefty bill for replacement. Tim found that an umbrella leaned against wall while loading had blocked the sensor. We expected at least a service charge but we were not billed anything. I called Precision Garage Door because they had installed my garage door many years ago and they were excellent. Now the door opener was frozen and my car was inside. Matt arrived promptly and asked a few questions and then went to work. He replaced or repaired all the problems and added an additional method of entry should a lockout come up again. Matt’s work was excellent. I’ll call again if another issue arises.
