I was very pleased with the work completed. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have an older home with a heavy wood garage door. He offered a solution that would help balance the door better so it is easier to open manually if I ever need to do so. The garage door opener (which is also old) seems to run better as well. I would use Precision again for fuure garage door needs. Thank you!

Very responsive and informative. Technician knew exactly how to fix what a previous “repair company” walked away from. Couldn’t be happier with the service, results or value for what I was charged. Will be my go to for all future issues.

Would not recommend. They scam you and in 4 months Nov and March end up paying 4k! Warranties they provide are a joke and they think offering a discount helps!? It does not!

Dylan was very polite and helpful with our questions. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work to our satisfaction. Also, Dylan came in the evening due to our work schedule.

They have been to my home 2 times within the last 4 months it has cost me over 4k. Warranties right! They find and sell you things that do not need fixed. They scam and you feel stuck to fix! Would not recommend.

Tim Tomlinson Jr. did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done to update needed items to ensure our garage door continues to operate properly. He then did a fine job replacing the needed parts. When finished, he took his time to show me what he did. Tim remembered when he had visited before and let me know his dad was the one who replaced the opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to take care of your garage door needs. Thank you Tim!

Carlos was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and he explained in detail the results of the inspection. He covered what needed to be done now in detail, which was the reason for the service call. He then covered potential problem areas given the age of the door and problems that could occur given the age of the opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Columbus and in particular Carlos Morales.

I had an outstanding experience with Precision Garage Door Service. It was extremely easy to set up the appointment online, and I was able to schedule same-day service at a time that worked perfectly for me. The entire process was simple, convenient, and stress-free. Imani, the technician, was extremely professional from start to finish. Imani did a fantastic job identifying not only the problem but also the root cause of the issue. What I appreciated most was that Imani took the time to clearly explain everything in detail, showing me exactly where the problem was and walking me through the different repair options available. I never felt rushed or pressured—just well-informed. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and when the job was done, everything was left very clean and tidy. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service—and especially Imani—for anyone in need of prompt, knowledgeable, and professional garage door service.

It was a real pleasure of having her, she was real professional, helpful, and patient with us! Thanks Precision!

Precision replaced my opener 20 yrs ago and gave great service. This winter the door wouldn't close some times, so we wanted an insulated door. When I saw your 20% discount I decided it was time to renew. Alex came and did an excellent installation . He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He explained everything to do and how it operated. If I need service in the future it will be with Precision Door Service.

I am going to do you a favor Mr. Morales, and not post about my experience with Precision Garage Door today. Something has really changed since my last appointment with your company. I am actively looking for another company to service my garage door. There is nothing positive to say except for the manager’s response.
