We purchased a lifetime spring warranty from Precision back in 2007 and when the spring broke, Precision came out and replaced the spring for a service charge only. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our serviceman Eric arrived at the house very early in the 2 hour window that I was given. He explained how he evaluates the garage door and any potential problems that he could run into. Jason, the Service Technician, diagnosed the problem and replaced the garage opener gear quickly. The garage door glides quietly and smoothly after the repairs and adjustments. Jason, also tightened the loose opener chain and gave helpful tips on how to lubricate and maintain the garage door hardware.
