I am very very satisfied with Gregg...I called them at 11 am and I had Gregg in my drive way at noon...he asked if he could come and hour before the scheduled appointment. He gave me options, performed the task and was out by 2 pm. Really liked the service and he even let me buy my own opener and he installed it. Awesome and quick service.

Tim came, he saw and he conquered. He removed and installed two garage doors (one double, one single) and two openers. He wrapped up the whole job in less than a day. Now instead of rotting, noisy doors/openers, we have smooth, quiet doors that will save us heating bills in winter. Top notch work.

Service was great. Spring broke late Saturday night. Repaired the next afternoon. With all the door hardware being 19 years old it made more sense to do the entire garage door overhaul. Tom explained this thoroughly and showed me the worn cables. Door is much more quite now and has guarantee.

This is my second experience with Precision Door (Columbus, Ohio). I was pleased with the service both times, courteous, efficient, willing to explain how things worked, not pushy about making a sale - Tim gave me only the information I asked for about replacing the garage door rather than bombarding me with extra sales pitch. This second time was an emergency call where I needed to get my cars out of the garage and the response time was excellent - called last night, here in the morning. I'll be coming back when I am ready to upgrade this door.

We were very pleased with our experience with Precision door. We had a double torsion spring failure which caused the heavy door to be impossible to lift. It was Friday night at 6 p.m. and both of our cars were now trapped in the garage. We found Precision on the internet and within 1 hour John showed up. He assessed the situation, replaced the springs, ensured that the door was in good condition and balanced. Less than one hour later, the job was completed. We highly recommend Precision!
