Three hours after the spring broke, it's fixed. I called right away, you send John right away, and it's as good as new. He found some other issues with the door and recommended a few pieces be replaced, but he explained why. He also told me about a few other things, but he was honest and said he didn't think those items needed replaced. Cost was a little pricier than I expected, but for such speedy and great service, I don't mind paying a little extra.

Precision's tech was friendly, on time, and repaired my garage door. I learned a lot about why my door was not working properly. In addition to replacing the springs,some of the parts were previously improperly installed. The tech also gave me great maintenance pointers. My springs replacement also incudes a great warranty. I chose Precision to repair our garage door because they were located close to our home & they belonged to the Powell Chamber. They were able to schedule an appointment based on my busy schedule & even called to come earlier than the expected time. Gregg performed a tune-up/maintenance on our door & repaired the issues we were having with our opener quickly & efficiently. The door is so quiet now that it sounds like it's brand new! We called Precision because we had them before and they did a fine job. This time they responded on emergency basis, at 8pm, were very friendly, assessed the problem, resolved it, and left within 30 min. The technician was John Manning, very capable, explained everything, and offered some tips for long term. This is the type of experience you want for these problems.
