Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .

My Genie key pad wasn't working properly, I just purchased a few weeks ago. Precision sent out a professional technician and he replaced the product with a better key pad. I didn't have to wait for an appointment, they had someone out to my address same day.
