We had seen several advertisements on TV and noticed they were also BBB accredited. Our garage door was not operating properly and would not close. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He took a few minutes to check out our old garage door opener to find the problem. He had another person stop by also. Our circuit board in our old garage door opener was fried. They gave us options for an opener that would suit our needs based our activities. They were friendly and courteous and had no problem explaining the new features we were getting. The equipment was installed in a short period of time and everything works perfectly
