Pat was my repairman and went above and beyond to provide me with the most cost effective options when it came to repairing or replacing my garage door. He was professional, kind and patient and made sure that i understood all of the necessary functions of my new garage door opener. I also want to recognize Ashley who took my call at a very early hour and scheduled someone to get to me right away. She understood my stress and explained all the details to help me make a calm decision.

Matt Eberly did an awesome job! I had a spring break on one of my garage doors. The garage door opener was just a couple of years old. He replaced the whole system (minus the opener) in about an hour. Everything works as it should now. He came out last April for a different garage door. Replaced the entire system including the opener. Did a really awesome job both times!! Keep up the awesome!

I called in the afternoon to have a garage door seal replaced, and by 5:30 PM I already had a technician at my house to provide a quote and complete the work on the spot. Malachi was my technician, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He was incredibly professional, personable, and a genuine pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and he made the whole process quick and easy. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Malachi to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you again to Malachi and the entire team at Precision. After yesterday’s experience, you definitely have a customer for life!

To - Jake (& Precision) - Thank you!! Worth noting I chose this firm given their prior excellent reviews. Also, I hoped a similar experience would take place to resolve my garage door problem. Quite appreciative for the explanation of the core issue and resolution options provided by Jake. He also provided additional information regarding potential future services. This and their prior reviews regarding services performed are legitimate and so worth expressing. "If only", competing service firms would / should be as attentive to customers as demonstrated by Jake from the Precision staff. Thanks again - Jake (& Precision)

Precision replaced all the hardware in July 2025. My call for maintenance was caused by the door moving very slowly and lights not coming on. The repairman was courteous and efficient. And the service was on Sunday. Excellent service.

Precision Garage Door did an excellent job repairing my garage door. The technician arrived on time, listened carefully to my issue with a broken spring, performed a thorough assessment, and walked me through multiple solutions while clearly explaining the best option. The work was completed efficiently, and afterward the technician took the time to explain what was done and answer all of my questions. This is the second time I’ve used Precision since purchasing my home in 2016, and every experience has been courteous and professional. I would happily recommend Precision to anyone requiring garage door repair or installation. Thanks Robert!

I called at 2:00pm hoping to get an appointment next week. They were at my home by 4:30. My garage door was making a noise when I opened or shut it. Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. Animals are the best judges of character. I have always appreciated Precision Garage Door's excellent service and quick turn around times. I am glad we selected them when we had our first garage door issue.
