One of springs on my garage door mechanism suddenly broke yesterday and I was glad I knew, from a very positive past outcome with Precision Garage Door Service, exactly who to call. This was another great experience right from the start, the scheduler was friendly and accommodating, the technician Mike came out right on time and explained exactly what had broken and why and what was needed for the repair. He was very professional, great to work with and completed the job in the hour he'd estimated it would take. The moderate cost was what I was expecting. Very happy, once again with Precision's service. Highly recommend!

I called Precision around 4:30 pm and told them I needed my garage wireless key pad fixed or replaced. The lady at the business offered to have a technician at my house between 6:pm and 10PM to give me a quote. The technician called me at 6:20pm and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up within the 15 minutes asked me if I wanted it looked at to see if he could fix it or replaced. I went with a replacement . He stayed at that time and did the work. He was done within 30 minutes installing it and programming it. The service call, installation and programming was all at a very fair price.

We are Precision repeat customers. Last time they our garage door broke the day before our daughter’s wedding. They were out within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time. This time primary garage door stopped working. Again they were out in a few hours and right on time. Fantastic repair and didn’t try to over sell me on anything just best possible fix and great explanation of the problem. If you have a garage door problem these are the guys to use!

The tech. Did a great job. My complaint is $2086 for 2.5 hrs work. 3 braces. New rollers. New springs. A few hinges and 3 bearings. Called a local company after the work was finished and her first question was “you must’ve used precision.” I’ll never use them again!

Features of the doors I selected were described and explained. Warranty info covered. The installation went very smoothly. The Techs even called to let me know they were running ahead of scheduled and inquired if they could start early. Of course! I had the garage area prepped and they appreciated that. I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I was able to get an appointment the same day to replace a badly worn garage door spring. The technician who came out was very kind and very knowledgeable. He examined the situation, made recommendations and was able to repair my door at that visit. The garage door runs much quieter and smoother now. I called for help when my car was trapped one day this week when we lost power. I was unable to lift the dead weight of the door and missed a doctor's appointment. It's a relief that I can easily lift the door myself again!

The service and staff were great! I wish I could remember the young man's name...so sorry! Nonetheless, on January 4, 2025, I needed a new garage door opener put in on an existing door and he worked brilliantly to make sure I got a quality opener and efficiently to install it. The quality of his work and customer service was a huge and welcomed relief as I needed the work completed before a tenant arrived (within a couple of days of service) and I was in the hospital. The company's prices were reasonable and their service was the best I've encountered. I can't speak highly enough of this team and would highly recommend them for any garage door service you need.
