We chose Precision Garage Doors because we’ve seen your trucks in the neighborhood over the years and because of the great reviews you get on your website. Jeff responded very quickly and came out the same day as our call after he dug his truck out of the snow! We got an appointment for the next day to have it installed. Joe, the installer, did a great job working in the extremely cold temps. He gave an arrival window between 8-10a and was here before 8:30. So we are very happy with our experience with your company and our garage door. The team truly exceeded our expectations! We will recommend you to anyone who asks. Thanks

Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

I reached out online to schedule an appointment on a Saturday, no less! I was able to schedule same day between 12-4 pm. Dillon called me and was here at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door and fixed it in a short time. The door works great and the price was reasonable as well!

Your technician was respectful and polite. Your pricing is exorbitant, you advertise no service fee but charge a $20 fleet transportation fee that is not disclosed upfront. I asked for the most valued opener, was presented with 2128H, manufacturers warranty of 10 years you offered a 1 year warranty, wi-fi capable apparently, this was not offered to me and instead charged $69.99 for a 2nd remote. Surge protector price was $19.99. My charge was over $800! I feel taken advantage of!

We have used Precision Garage Door several times. Each time they have come out on the same day we requested the service and quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We have been very satisfied with the service and prices. Today we called them because our garage door was coming down but it would immediately go back up after hitting the ground. Precision Garage Door was here within a few hours of calling. They quickly corrected the problem. We were very pleased when they did not charge us for the visit because they said that the opener was still under warranty. They had installed this opener a few short years ago.

Your representative that came to the house worked on our garage door for over four hours in the bitter cold and was not able to repair the door. It’s a new door that was installed incorrectly. The opening is square plum and level, but the door does not close properly, and there are gaps around the perimeter of the door. I gave your company two stars because I appreciated the effort of your technician, but I still have the problem with the door. I will contact your company again in the near future and hopefully you will send a seasoned representative that can correct the problem. Please be aware that I do not blame your representative. The door is new, but I believe the weather and the poor installation of the original door played a big role in the technician not able to repair it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Tony appeared irritated whenever I asked questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. He attempted to sell additional items that I did not need and stated that your company provides higher-quality products. However, the product he used was not the higher quality he described. Although he said he was not charging me for the product itself, I was charged $200 for labor for what appeared to be less than 10 minutes of work to install a small bracket. I believe this charge was unreasonable given the scope of the work. Due to this experience, I will not recommend your service to my friends or family. Attached pictures are before and after:

Easy to book online. Came out the same day in the frigid cold. They gave me a window of 2-6 pm but Brad came out early. He was very courteous and explained the needed repairs in detail. It was costly but I needed the work done so I have nothing to compare it to. He replaced a lot of parts in about an hour and the door runs smoothly and perfectly now.
