Your service man was first class & sophistacated in every manner and way . He was deeply explanatory about every item and the process of a garage door and it's installation . He offered several options and costs . Because of his explanations , we decided on a much improved garaage dore .

On Saturday, our garage door got stuck when the torsion spring broken. We called many services in town but no one open. Luckily we found Precision Door Service on Google. The receptionist was very kind and polite. She offered for help right away. The technician was very professional. He did not only do the repair, he also gave me good suggestion for new parts such as rollers. I accepted his idea under no pressure. The gentleman is very honest.

Our door had come off of the track, and Tim fixed it. He also found another issue with the door that would have been a huge deal in the future and would have potentially cost a lot of money. He reviewed with us what the issue was, and what it would cost to fix it. So glad he saved us from a future garage door disaster! Will recommend this company to others, and will use this company again for any other garage door needs!

Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The Technician (Dave) called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to advise he was on his way. He then arrived promptly, was very courteous with great insight and expertise. He presented me with options then completed repairs/maintenance efficiently. Very pleasant experience and Dave is asset to your organization.
Thank you for the great review on David, we are happy to have been the company that you called to have your springs replaced. We look forward to helping you again in the future.

Great company. They totally honored a life time warrenty from a purchase 14 years ago. Spring broke and they came same day and worked late to finish the job. Our heavy wood door is 35 years old. They suggested new steel door but no pressure. Prices are great. People are great. Hard to find a company this good these days. 5 star for sure.
Making sure we honor our warranties and are take care of is our top priority, glad we could help you with your spring replacement

Alex came 3 hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Our door was frozen to the floor and when we opened it, the bracket came off. He went to work immediately after explaining what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Will have him come back when it’s warmer to do some realignment. Great service and company.
