Great experience, I had previously called another company to solve our garage door issue and they were unable to do anything, Precision technician instead solved the problem, did not charge us an astronomical fee, came on time, called us 15 minutes before arriving, and, very important, the appointment was for 6 pm at night, which allowed me not to miss work. Alex was great he kept working until my garage door opener was opening from the sidewalk. I was ok with it opening from driveway but he wanted it perfect and working like it supposed to. Both my springs were broke and now my garage is quiet and working like new.

I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing

As always, Precision door service is the best. I had an emergency situation with my garage door not closing - called Precision and explained what was going on and they had a service tech to my home within 30 min. after my call. Picked Precision from the telephone yellow pages. Was desperate as whole garage door opener assembly broke loose from the ceiling and was laying on top of my car. What can go wrong on a Halloween night? Plenty, if the garage door brackets break, and one is not able to get the cars out for the following morning. Precision Door was wonderful and sent Tom out on an emergency call to fix our door. Not only was Tom knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous, he was an absolute sweetheart and explained everything needed to repair the door. Called Precision door yesterday to schedule an appointment. That evening Tech Dustin showed up to look at my garage door opener. I thought the visit was for an evaluation. Dustin informed me that he could have me up and running in 45 minutes! He made some repairs and adjustments to my door. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable. I was dealing with a pro. He stayed until I was comfortable with using the remotes. The added bonus he lubricated the garage door hinges and railings. The door opens and closes very smoothly. REVIEW UPDATE: I initially wrote a five star rating shortly after your technician replaced the cables, one hinge, and rewound the spring. The door was still running roughly. He stated he could do no more, and he recommended a new garage door. Later that day I watched your video on your website (Precision) to see if there was anything I could do to help the door until I could replace it. I followed your video's instructions (cleaning the track, tightening all the bolts, lubricating the spring with lithium grease, etc). This is when I discovered that the technician had stripped out 3 of the 4 bolts attaching the new hinge he had installed. He had not done any of the recommended items in your video, or even mentioned that they should be done. After I performed the items set forth in your video, and replaced the stripped out bolts on the hinge, the door is running much better and much smoother. I will be looking elsewhere for my garage door repairs in the future.
