Matt was our installer. He was knowledgeable and professional. He looked at our problem and provided several options to solve it. Once we decided on the solution we wanted he went right to work. He had all the necessary parts with him and quickly finished the work. We were very happy and now have a garage door that opens and closes silently.

I was extremely pleased with with the service I received from Precision. They came out the day after I called (my request, they offered to have someone come out in the evening on the Sunday I called) Michael, the technician, was very nice and professional. He did a great job explaining the different options in car garage door openers, and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the “most” expensive one. I would happy to recommend Precision and will use this company again.

The service tech was on time. He explained all that he would have to do and let me know the breakdown on the cost. He was courteous and professional. The bar and springs were replaced in a timely manner. The main thing, it was great customer and repair service provided by Walker.

What a wonderful service. Our garage door broke, the bracket came off from the door panel. The Service technician was prompt and on time. Thomas Palmer wore a mask and was very aware of CoVid issues. He previewed the broken door and was very quick on his determination of the needs to repair the door. The repair was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision Door Service for sure. From the moment, I called, the customer service lady was super nice and efficient to the technician. What a great group. Great service. Thanks. Would highly recommend.

Tim Jr did a great job, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem I was having (door was raising after I shut it & was not raising as much as it should have). He adjusted the current opener and the adjustment worked, although he said the 18-year-old opener could fail at any time. It failed as he was leaving, so he returned & installed a new one. It all took about 2.5 hours & I am very satisfied. Thanks

The web sight was professional and very informative. I was impressed by the assurance that the technician would be uniformed and in a marked, dedicated service truck. He was prompt (on a Saturday afternoon no less) and quickly replaced our broken spring. We were held hostage by that broken garage door for 5 hours and were very relieved! Wonderful service!

We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done by Matt Eberly.

Precision Door Service was outstanding! I had a spring break over the weekend, which prevented me from using my garage door. Upon thorough evaluation of my garage door, Matt Eberly found that many of the parts on my garage door system, were not performing properly and/or were failing. Matt carefully explained the functionality of the parts and then provided me with estimates for the repair. I felt comfortable with the information that Matt had provided me and had the worn out parts replaced, along with having a new garage door opener installed. I really can't say enough good things about Precision Door Service. I called around 9:45a on 12/24/2020 and they had a technician(Matt E) come out to the house around 4:00p. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and found several other things wrong that I hadn't noticed and wrote up the estimate. Once he started the work he was done in a very quick time, he did an excellent job. He was very professional and detailed. They even called one time to see if they could come sooner, but unfortunately we could not make that happen. Truly a great company from the staff that answers the phones and makes the appointments to the staff that comes to the job site and performs the work. Would highly recommend using them and will use them again.
