Great job! Our garage door began jumping the track and needed replacement of 14 year old springs and improved gripped rollers. Of course this happened on the brink of a snowstorm! Tyler, our technician was timely, accurate, polite, socially distanced and wore a mask! Thank you Precision Door... excellent work and customer service!

Technician arrived on time, went over all issues with me in a very understandable manner. Proposed repairs that were needed were within my budget and they had the job done in under 90 minutes. The technician then went over everything that had been proposed/completed and now my door closes properly, noise is almost non-existent and I have two openers! All in all, great job done by your technician(s). I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

It was great to have Precision Door Service come out to assess my garage door. The gentle man called to confirm his appointment time. He arrived early and assessed the problem. The service provider told me what the issue was with garage door motor and provided factual wearing of it. He listened to my request for receiving estimate on new garage door opener. He did just that. He provided choices for the garage door opener and pricing. I'm glad to know Precision Garage Door was easy to access and assess my concerns. Even though Precision offers options to pay; I plan to utilize the service at a later date. Thank you!????

Very responsive, came right away and the “sales” guy was quite nice. However he gave me three generic numbers, never itemized anything and said that’s the best he could do for me. He tried to add in things that weren’t really needed, even at the lowest option. Unfortunately, the cheapest option was 650$, and after asking around others, I was told I was being ripped off. Better yet, they even knew the name of the company without even me telling them, which goes to show their reputation. Called a local guy I was recommended by someone who flips homes, came out right away and it was fixed for half the price, 350$! Please support local, if you can, which I did more research. Oh, I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged an assessment fee, but was of 50$. Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reasonable places out there!

Great experience. Called and talked to Chelsea, very nice lady, got me in same day. Kayne arrived an hour later, wore a mask the whole time, very friendly,did an inspection and gave me a number of options . He replaced everything but the door in an hour. I wouldn't use anybody else for garage door issues.

Tim Jr. Came out quickly to reprogram my remote, keypad, and on board control after the remote was stolen from my car. He was thorough and explained everything. No attempt to upsell. Charges were extremely reasonable.

I have used Precision Door once before. My technician notified me if his arrival. He was prompt, pleasant, and wore his mask. He diagnosed my door problem and had my door opener replaced quickly and neatly.

Tech---Tim, Jr. Saturday service call. Spring broke. Punctual and Professional. We had called two previous companies and left voicemails on their "urgent" voicemail. Precision Garage had a live human being operator to help us and give us same day service. Very thorough at looking at all components of our system.

Our service tech, Tim, arrived about 2 hours after I called. He inspected our door in a few minutes and gave us our options. He then repaired our broken torsion spring in about 30 minutes. I was ready to pay for a job well done when he informed me that after speaking with the central office, they were going to waive the entire cost of the repair! Amazing! I will now donate that money to my local charities and food pantries. Thank you! #PayItForward

We were leaving to pick our mother up from the hospital on Thanksgiving eve and our garage door would not open ( broken springs/track etc). We contacted Precision and it was an EXCEPETIONAL experience. The lady on the phone was friendly, and helpful- within 30 minutes Kayne arrived and spent 4.5 hours repairing our door and all broken equipment. He was informative, efficient and friendly- To have this experience on Thanksgiving eve coupled with our mother in the hospital was stressful- but thanks to Kayne and the rest of the team it turned into a positive outcome. I am a customer for life to Precision based on how they handled everything. Thank you very much

Stupid me waited until it was cold and the first major snowfall to call about our garage not working. Cain arrived in a timely fashion and did a thorough inspection. Our door was relatively new but the rest (except the tracks) needed replaced. He gave me some options to choose from. Though I didn’t need this extra expense this near to Christmas, I believe I was given an honest cost for the repair. I hope I don’t need them back anytime soon, but I have a feeling they will be here if I need them. I recommend Precision. Cain was friendly and explained in a clear fashion the work that needed to be done. And he also gave me a thorough explanation of everything he did. I highly recommend Cain, also.
