Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation. I thought the light on our opener was staying on. The tech didn’t know anything about it. He said since it was a Craftsman he couldn’t do anything and I would have to utube it. Your techs came out before and did minor corrections on the system. I was not happy.

I purchased a new home and needed a garage door opener. My technician, Kayne, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Kayne had everything installed within an hour and throughly walked me through the product features. Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!

I have used Precision Garage Doors on several occasions now. The technician has always been Matt Eberly. He is always professional and quite knowledgeable on the issue at hand. On a prior visit he advised on changing the springs on the door and I figured it was still working. Well, he was right, because the spring just wore out and I just replaced it.
