Needed a garage door rebalanced before putting in a new opener. Called on Saturday and was able to get same day service, in less than two hours. Gary L. was the technician, arrived on time and went over the issue I was having. He offered to do an inspection on the door and went over his findings with me. Once we agreed on work to be done, he had all the parts and completed the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service!

Arrived home from work to a broken door spring and one car stuck inside! Double door, lifting out of question. Eleven year old system. Called Precision, tech En was out within the hour. Hours earlier than estimated wait, great. Could not have been easier to work with. Knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to what I expected at finish point. Upgraded us to battery backup opener. Was more than satisfied with the service and product offered. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Technician Dave. Dave was very professional and understood my concern and urgency to have the garage door repaired. I just purchased a new vehicle two days ago and was very concerned about not being able to close the garage door. Dave took the time to examine the door and provided three estimates for me to choose. I selected the less expensive option because where I reside I rent and all repairs are covered. However, this being a weekend and holiday maintenance could not come out. Dave,knew I was concerned that I was hoping that door would operate safely and not cause any harm to me or my car. Dave, assured me that the repairs he was about to do would be the best and that I should not be afraid to use the garage door. Thank you so much Dave for being understanding and easing my mind. I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem - broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.

Gary came quickly (within an hour of our phone call for service) and assessed our problem. Instead of doing a repair, we decided to just replace the 17 year old garage door opener. He had what we needed on the truck and within 75 minutes had replaced the opener, put on new rollers and belt rail and programmed both cars for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend this company without hesitation!
