Precision Garage Door of Columbus is great! We needed to replace a broken garage keypad entry and also get additional openers for our Columbus condo. Precision Garage Door answered the call (my calls to others in the area were never answered and messages were not returned). They were able to quickly schedule the repair. Dustin, the repairman, arrived on time and quickly resolved all of our issues. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Columbus.

Precision replaced my old garage door opener in 2020 so when it didn’t open for me, I called. I told her it was no emergency, but she still scheduled it for mlk day, later that same afternoon. Tyler called, came, earlier than expected , got it working, and couldn’t have been nicer! A wonderful company with top notch service!

Walker came out replaced the keypad and set up 2 vehicles to open from the car. I was glad to see that it was Walker on the call, you are lucky to have him he is very polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. You might think about giving him a rase you wouldn't want to lose that guy...

The wife had little incident not noticing door did not raise all the way up for whatever reason and hit with her truck. Knew we had foul weather coming the next day and needed to at least get it operable till can get replaced. Called and had instant estimated response time and showed up on time. Tyler Combs gave look over and preformed the job quickly and very satisfactory. We were able use the door in maybe less than an hour and get quote on replacement door needed before leaving. Do plan on calling back to order the new door and have you install asap. Thankyou !

Our garage door broke on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM. Since they have 24/7 service, we called and got an appointment for 10 AM-2 PM the next day. Matt arrived around 10:30 AM and had a new garage door opener installed and operating by 12:30 PM. Great product and service!!

Great customer service experience from beginning to end. I was able to get on the schedule within a very short time frame. The technician was scheduled the next day, I had an appointment time frame of 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the technician called at 7:45 am to say he'd be there in 15 minutes. Tim was great - he installed the unit and walked through all of the steps to get us set-up. Thanks again for a great experience.

Had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out within 3 hours to fix it. Other components were sold to me and replaced also. I was not aware they were needed but trusted the technician's explanation. It was expensive but with the 7 year warranty, I should be worry free.

My experience with Precision Door has been fantastic. They repaired broken torsion springs in December 2020. In January 2021 my garage door opener failed. The company that repaired the opener claimed that the wrong springs had been installed a year earlier. I was expecting a fight on my hands. I called Precision that day, they sent a technician, David C., within the hour, and he fully acknowledged their mistake. He was fantastic. He installed the correct springs and arranged for Precision to refund the amount I paid for the opener repair. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine a more satisfactory solution. I would recommend Precision Door Service without reservation.

After an evening call to their 24/7 service line , they were out to my house next morning. Jason was pleasant, very knowledgeable, explained what was needed and gave me 3 different options for repair. He had all the needed supplies and was done in little more than 90 min.They may be on the high end price wise for repairs done ,based on my quick research before service, {i'm om a fixed income}but the quick response and their policy on warranty made up for it. The quick service avoided stress of calling several companies and possibly not being able to get my car out of garage in an emergency. Sometimes you pay a little more for great customer service.

I was told the repairman would come between 10-2 and he arrived at 10:30! I was happy to see he was punctual. He explained everything to me and my husband and after he did the work showed us what he did. Then he replaced something he didn’t even see at first but did a great job! He was also very friendly and we were truly satisfied. I will recommend not only your company but also Tim to all of my friends and family members! He did more than replace the springs. He replaced the cable on my husbands door and gave us the almost like new service plus the keyless entry pad.

Kayne called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and we appreciated that he asked about wearing a mask. After inspection he gave us three options for the repair. We chose to have him refurbish the current door. He explained a double car door like ours needed two springs and we only had one. He installed two new springs, bearings, hinges, rollers, cable, drums, a new operator reinforcement bracket and adjusted the door opener stops. Afterwards he explained everything he did and showed us the operation of the door. It works like a new door! We are very pleased with Precision and especially Kayne's professional appearance and friendly demeanor. We will definitely use your services again.

We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with.
