Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Offered alternatives for either a quick temporary fix or replace the 25 year old motors, etc with new units. Went with two new units that offered wifi, cameras, and led motion lights. All I can say is being pleased with the outcome and 7 year warranty. Also appreciated the follow up calls on apt. day.

I replaced a very very old garage door opener with a newer model of Genie and the “Tax season” discount they are currently offering was a nice savings. The technician was great. My complaint was whoever installed the system. The first time didn’t hook it up properly which caused it to break so they charged me for something he didn’t do properly.

2nd time we've used Precision and will keep coming back. Our first repair was to repkace spring and install new wheels. This visit we needed a new opener system since the old one would open and close on its own on occasion due to a fried circuit board (no joke), kind of scary especially when you arrive home and your home has been open for an unknown amount of time. This opener is a marked improvement over the old one, it's quiet, wi-fi controlled and has a good warranty. It also helps that we had the same service professional. I know its a business but Tom is just an all around good dude, honest and kind. Keep up the great work Precision!
