Michael quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (wobbly rollers) and also pointed out several other issues that weren’t in need of immediate attention but could wait. He replaced the rollers and the door seal. My 35 year old door is good as new!

Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation. I thought the light on our opener was staying on. The tech didn’t know anything about it. He said since it was a Craftsman he couldn’t do anything and I would have to utube it. Your techs came out before and did minor corrections on the system. I was not happy.

Daniel G. knew the door was tracking at an angle, and found excessive wear near the bearing plate. He found the manufacture dates on used system's parts and made it easy for me to choose new parts. Glad I called before the door would have broken. He listened to all I knew about the past operating quirks. The busiest door in the house is all well now!

I purchased a new home and needed a garage door opener. My technician, Kayne, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Kayne had everything installed within an hour and throughly walked me through the product features. Kayne also noticed that my garage door was not properly lubricated and he fixed that issue, which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!

Knowledgeable staff and was able to get scheduled late Saturday night and had a tech out the next morning that was able to fix the problem in no time
