called Precision door on Sunday 4/11 at 2pm and they were able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to our property on Monday 4/12. I appreciate the professionalism and great customer service provided by Gary L. He made sure to fully asses the issue and explained it in detail. I had save the Valpak coupon because a friend suggested I get an outside keypad opener. It was right beside me when the door failed to open. Amy was lovely, a calming influence. She offered to call a technician to be sure somebody could get here the same day and he could. She sent a gentleman. He called to let me know when he would arrive. He did wear a mask and said he would inspect first. The right spring was clearly separated. You had installed this garage opener in 2013 so a number of parts were worn. Squeaks are gone and everything is working great now! Contactless credit card payment worked well and the detailed invoice DID follow in my email. I have seen your advertising on tv, too, and knew everything Michael Bowman would need was on his van. And that included the outside keypad! Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Very easy interaction via chat on their website, same day turnaround. They installed a new spring and door opener and I didn't feel pressured to do anything other than the minimum. Once I agreed to everything Tyler installed it with ease and didn't need a thing. He cleaned up after the work and even took the old parts with him! This is the way businesses should be run.

We finally gave in and decided it was time to replace our 30 year old garage doors, so after talking to a friend, we decided on Precision; we weren't disappointed. Choosing the design was easy enough, but the real surprise came when I received a call, much sooner than I expected, to schedule an install date. My installer was right on time, did a wonderful job, and left my garage and driveway perfectly clean when he finished ... In fact, every person that I spoke with and dealt with, from start to finish, was polite, helpful, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone considering repairing or replacing their garage doors.

He pointed out what he had found and the explained the probability of failure of said parts. He gave me a estimate of the costs. I agreed to the price and he set out to fix the problems.
