Dustin arrived at our home aprox 1 and a half hours after calling or chatting with Precision doors. Dustin performed a very excellent job. He explained every thing he did. He put new hardware in a 30 year door. New high cycle springs and new side rollers and end bearing caps and center bearing. Did a complete adjustment of the door and it is well balanced. the old side rollers were very worn. You have a very great company

My garage door broke early in the morning and was able to book an appointment first thing in the morning. Matt Eberly showed up and explained what broke and the solutions available. Though I have not had the new garage door installed, I feel compelled to leave a review based on my interactions with the company and their personnel thus far, as I am sure the rest of my experience will be just as wonderful. From scheduling to meet my appointment needs, to meeting with the sales person, Alana, everyone has been as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as anyone could expect. Alana explained everything, brought me several samples of colors to actually match to my new siding, showed me the styles and textures available on her tablet with my actual garage in the picture. She was marvelous. She sent me an outlined estimate before she left. I just need to arrange the install. What a great experience!! So glad I called.

I am super pleased by the service I received. My garage door has never been more smooth or quiet even when it was new. David was able to replace several parts, tighten loose rails, and lubricate all the components throughout the assembly. While my initial concern (several broken hinges) was not urgent, they were able to get me scheduled in the same afternoon I called. I will definitely be using Precision again.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision answered the telephone immediately and scheduled a technician within a couple hours. I found Precision with a simple Google search and I am glad I did. It was very easy to set up my appointment via the website. I immediately received a confirmation email and my techs name. The day of service, I received a call as my tech was leaving his last job and heading my way. The tech looked at the job and advised what was best for us to do. There was no trying to sell us new doors or openers, just honest advise about the best way forward. The tech had the stuff he needed to complete the job with him and after a short while BOTH of my garage doors were fixed and in better shape that when they were initially installed by our builder. I would 100% recommend this service they were great.
