I chose them because they answered the phone on Saturday morning. They booked same day repair. The problem was addressed, fixed and there was no update or replacement discussion. It was just this is broken and this is how it’s fixed. Simple. Straightforward. Would highly recommend. ~Chris

Four years ago, we had Precision install a new door system. The gentleman (Tim) that came to our house reviewed the damaged system and recommended it be replaced. He installed a new door opener. He was very thorough, and we didn't have an issue until this week. One of the springs had to be replaced. Tim related the fact he remembers us because he was the one that did our first repair. He also reminded us that the system was under warranty. Tim did the repairs and maintenance. He was very friendly and finished the repairs in less than a 1/2 hour. We are very happy with Precisions response and level of service.

Something happened to the cable that wouldn't allow our garage door to close when we left for work in the morning. Called Precision around 7:30 am and they had a technician at the house at 10:00 am. He discovered the cable jumped off the wheel. Nothing was broken. He corrected the issue and re-adjusted the door. Very happy with the quick response and professionalism of the field tech.

Gary was beyond incredible. He was extremely personable and explained everything so well. It was clear from the moment he started looking that he was an expert, and he was basically able to tell us our garage door history just from looking at the parts. He made sure we fixed exactly what we wanted in our price range, and that we understood all the new features with our new opener. He also made sure we understood the maintaince we should be doing forward and how to reach out with more questions. I truly wish there was someone like Gary for every home repair we needed.

We chose Precision Garage Door to replace our door 3 years ago. Whenever we have called with a question or issue, their service is unbelievable. We had a very knowledgeably technician come to our house to help us reprogram our remote opener. David was a delight to work with! He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing step by step! We appreciated his expertise and professionalism! Very impressed with the great service Precision gives us each time we call!
