We finally gave in and decided it was time to replace our 30 year old garage doors, so after talking to a friend, we decided on Precision; we weren't disappointed. Choosing the design was easy enough, but the real surprise came when I received a call, much sooner than I expected, to schedule an install date. My installer was right on time, did a wonderful job, and left my garage and driveway perfectly clean when he finished ... In fact, every person that I spoke with and dealt with, from start to finish, was polite, helpful, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone considering repairing or replacing their garage doors.

I will definitely recommend Precision Door or any garage door repairs. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Matt, the technician, arrived to my home on time. He was very professional and walked my husband and myself through every step of the repair. He also provided us with recommendations for repairs that will enable our garage door opener to work much better.

I want to thank Matt Eberly for a wonderful job well done. I originally called about a door opener problem and in his examination of the door and components he found some potential problems. He pointed out what he had found and the explained the probability of failure of said parts. He gave me a estimate of the costs. I agreed to the price and he set out to fix the problems. He quickly fixed the door and the opener. I am happy to give Precision Garage door Service of Columbus 5 stars, and a harty thank you to Matt Eberly.

We have used Precision for our garage door needs for a number of years. Today 4/3/21 is an example of the quality of service that you can expect from Precision. I called at 8:45am about needing a service call and Gary L a technician arrived at our house at 10:00am. He diagnosed our problem and had our garage door working again in 2 hours. Honest, expert and professional service done in a timely manner. We were called fifteen minutes before their arrival (8:30 a.m.) which was early in the time period we were given (8 a.m.-noon). Not having to wait all morning for their arrival was really nice and much appreciated.

Tim Tomlinson did an excellent job of replacing a broken spring and other worn parts as well as doing a complete install of a new Genie Proseries Opener. Arrived on time and very professional. The spring broke at 2:45 this afternoon. After calling Precision, all repairs and new installation were completed by 5:45 this afternoon. Could not ask for better service.

The technician -Tom P was excellent. He was very nice and friendly and knew what he was talking about. He put in a new motor and everything that was needed. He explained what was going on and at the end made sure I understood how to make it work. The springs broke on our garage door, so we called Precision Garage Door to come out to fix it. Our technician Dustin K. was awesome!! This young man thoroughly inspected our door to reveal it definitely was the springs. He showed us a couple of different options for repair and once we chose one, he was ready to get the job done. He explained what he would be replacing and the length of time it would take to complete. Once he was finished he showed us the old parts and what had happened. He cleaned up all the old parts, got payment and was off to his next repair. Thanks Dustin for your knowledge and prompt work. I would definitely recommend this company as well as Dustin. Our garage door malfunctioned at 4:45PM on a Sunday night. I called Precision and by 5:45 I had a service technician, Michael Bowman, at my house and inspecting the door. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had our door repaired and updated by 8:00PM that same night. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated his time and his willingness to explain everything to me and answer questions. Thank you Michael and thank you Precision!

Apparently, my garage door cables and other parts had worn out which prevented the door from opening, even when manually applied. My wife checked the internet and contacted Precision Door who arrived within the hour. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me the problem can be fixed and at a reasonable cost, and 45 minutes later the garage door worked liked new. I highly recommend Precision Door for any issues with your garage doors. Very happy with the service and price.
