Joshua arrived promptly and provided excellent customer service. I already had purchased a garage door opener and after first inspecting what came with the opener, he mentioned a one piece rail would be less noisy which was one of my issues with my previous one. While stating my options he made sure I understood the differences and we selected the one right for me. Thanfully while Joshua was adding that option on, he realized it wasn't going to work with the opener I had. So he quickly notified me and we changed course. We had excellent communication and Joshua worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install. I would highly recommend Precision and Joshua for all your garage door and opener needs.

My son recommended Precision Garage Door. They had fixed his door and he was satisfied. My spring broke. I called Precision and a repairman (Joshua W) came to my house about 2 hours later. He recommended changing the torsion cables (since they were a bit rusted) as well as they bearing plates left, right and middle. Considering the door is 26 years old, I accepted his recommendation. Joshua had the parts replaced and the door working in less than one hour. I wasn't prepared for the considerable expense of the total job but am happy with the results.

My technician was David S. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the garage thoroughly while explaining to me what the problems were. He then wrote up 3 estimates and explained the difference between them. I made my choice and of course, it was more expensive than I originally thought but I did choose one with a 5year guarantee. David also helped me change the code on my door opener which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I might say is that I really would appreciate having an itemized bill. Please email me one.

Saturday morning, garage door would not close. Called Precision about 11 am. James was here by 2:30. James was able to point out the problem right away. I then asked that he show me all the things that should be updated and give me an estimate for the work. He gave me a couple of quotes and I picked one. He proceeded to complete the work in a timely fashion and I was very satisfied. James was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision,

David was my tech for the problem I had with my garage door. David was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in how he approached his work. After replacing the opener, David tested the opener. There appeared to be a intermittent break in a sensor that required a second trip and David took the time needed to troubleshoot and repair the issue. I would highly recommend Precision and David to take good care of you.

From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Shame, shame on us for not doing our homework on the typical cost to replace a garage door lifting system. To their credit (although I am so angry that giving this "credit" tastes like bile in my mouth), Precision came out in a timely manner to replace our 7-year old garage door lifting system. They replaced everything (except the door and the opener) and we are happy that the door is again working. HOWEVER, the bill was $3000! That is not a typo...$3000. They also performed an assessment on our other garage door and offered a $500 "deal" if they replaced it today. We did not pursue the 2nd door as I didn't feel good about the price. Once the work was done and we had paid, I still felt uneasy about the charges. So I finally spent the time to find out if our $3000 bill was typical of other companies in the area would charge. The estimates have been $500 to $625 FOR THE SAME products and labor. Again, shame on us for not doing our research, but BEWARE of this company. We have never experienced this level of a ripoff in our lives and are shocked that the technician could even keep a straight face when talking to us. "What dopes", he must have been thinking.
