Great service! The first person I spoke with when requiring about some needed door repairs, was very courteous and friendly. She made my appointment that suited my needs and gave me a time between 3 and 6. To my surprise, she called back and said she had a technician in the area that could arrive by 1:00. Matt arrived on time, examined my needs and gave me a quote. Within 10 minutes he called me to inspect his work, which was exactly as I requested. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to my friends.

One of the technicians from your company came to our home today, just to check the springs on our garage door and make sure all of the screws were tightened down. He was able to do everything we needed and then some. Charles Francis Love was that technician, and he was amazing! Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did way more than was expected. Garage Door is all fixed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service in Columbus. Their service is INCREDIBLE! David Morgan, our tech, was super cool. He didn’t try to sell us crap we don’t need. Reprogrammed everything and when we asked about an extra remote for our cars, he had one on hand and programmed it for us. Also, before they show up they send you a confirmation email including pictures of their technicians so you know who to expect when they show up. That is some above and beyond service right there!!!

Our garage door was not closing anymore so we contacted precision. Our whole garage door system had been recently replaced in 2018. They stated that our whole safety system needed replaced which would cost over $1,100. We have a toddler and a newborn at home so we had it replaced. I thought it seemed very expensive. After talking with my dad, he took my itemized statement to his garage door company and they stated I was over charged by about double and that some of the parts replaced would not of needed replaced for what was wrong with the garage door. Super unfortunate since the salesman saw that we had a newborn and he still overcharged us by double for our garage door, replaced parts that didn’t need done, and took advantage of us. I Definitely do not recommend and I will let my coworkers know to never use this company and let my neighborhood Facebook group to never use this company!

We had been experiencing some garage door issues lately. Contacted Precision and you had a technician there the next day. He ran his checklist and identified what needed to be done. On a Sunday evening, our garage door wouldn’t open; we pulled the door opener emergency release and then the door would not go down. We needed emergency service, looked on Yelp and called Precision, because they have Sunday service and had great reviews including pictures and names of their service crew. We thought that was a good idea so customers would know who to expect to arrive. We’ve never used Precision before but we will now! The lady that answered our call immediately was very pleasant, and the tech Curt Vanmeter was at our home in about 2 hours, well within the 4 hour window quoted. He identified the issue (broken spring) and less than 2 hours later, it was fixed! He was courteous, friendly, always professional, explained the issue & solution, gave us a quote, worked diligently and had it replaced quickly. He answered our questions, respected our belongings in the garage and throughly cleaned up afterwards. He is the best! Our expectations were definitely met. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Curt Vanmeter!

Mr. Morales, What a wonderful first-time experience it was with Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door belt broke. Ugh! I have a home warranty, and although they may have taken my service call, they would not have sent someone out the same day to fix it...especially on a Sunday & Mother's Day - no way. Plus, I would have had to take off work during the week, waiting for a tech to come out - hoping they knew what they were doing - which is not always the case. Even though I had to pay out of pocket for the repair since I didn't go through my home warranty first, it was totally worth it to have it fixed and done right. Joshua M. was the "answer to my prayer" repair service technician. He did your company proud! He was very courteous, professional in both appearance and attitude, friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions/concerns that I had, and got my garage door up and running and the unit light covers put back on. He truly represents what customer service should be. No one likes to have their garage door break down, right? But if it does, it's great to have a local company like PGDS to call. My wife and I recently move here from California and my wife searched internet to find your company. I had two issues, the remote control garage door opener unit and the garage door opener unit in my Honda CRV would not work after I tried to program them several times. Dustin Keaton was the technician that came out to work on the problem. Within minutes he discovered that external remote control was not compatible with the door opener. Evidently the lady I bought the house from changed the garage door opener and never changed the external remote control unit. She previously told me she couldn't get it to work. He replaced the external remote control unit, cleaned out whatever program was in both units, re-programed them and they both worked the first time I tried them. Dustin was amiable and easy to interface with, very competent and I enjoyed the whole experience. If I need work done in the future I will contact your company and specifically ask for Dustin. He is a great resume for your company.
