Making the appointment was quick and easy with the courteous customer service person. I called in the morning and Tim, the Service Technician, arrived on time in the afternoon. Precision Garage Door company did an excellent job. The technician replaced the garage door opener, the springs, 3 ball bearings and installed a key pad. The service rep, Tim T who came out was prompt; called ahead He was clear and up front about the charges for the services before starting. He cleaned up all the packing materials and took away the old opener and springs. He also took the time to make sure I knew how each item worked. I feel the pricing was right. I was looking for peace of mind and Precision provided it.

Our garage door is 9 years old, we noticed a defect on the lateral sides more the right than the left, the wind will make the door to shake. I contacted the company and made an appointment for that to be repaired. Michael was our technician, he was personable, professional and client friendly.
