The panels in our 20 year old garage door started cracking and sagging making opening and closing the door difficult and unsafe. Precision sent out a repairman (Tom Palmer) the same day. He was able to repair the door, and we were back up and running within a few hours of making our original call. Tom was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Also, very thorough in explaining the repairs he was making. The door is now working properly again and more importantly safe. Although the pricing we paid was higher than we thought it would be, we were very pleased with the quality of the service and repair and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Tim Tominson Jr. did an excellent job. He got to my place promptly, sized-up the problem immediately and fixed the problem. My wife also responded with the QR code. We were both impressed, and I have his card for any future door needs.

I saw your ad on channel 28 this morning and it reminded me that I need to have someone come Service my garage door. I called this morning and they came out today. Tom gave me a quotation on what he felt needed to be done with it as well as a second quote for lesser service. I chose the top one and he did an excellent job today. I am very satisfied with the work.

Your technician, Muhammad Islam came to my home on 11/5 to assist with my malfunctioning garage door opener. He was very friendly, engaging and thorough in his explanation of what the problem was with the door mechanism. He replaced it in a timely fashion and it's working beautifully. His professionalism and skill was so important and impressive to me that I'll never hesitate to contact your business for future needs and will recommend your services to others. Thank you!!!!

Appreciated the prompt service. I couldn’t get the door up so I couldn’t get the car or the dog out. I am 85 and I can’t reach the rope to pull the door open. The spring was broken. Your representative, Joe, was very kind. My only concern was the cost. Even with the discount it was still a lot for a senior living on Social Security. I didn’t have time to shop around so I don’t know how your price compared.

Thomas Timmons came to my house and looked at my garage door. I knew that the spring had broken and also that the door was bent. He gave me two estimates. The first estimate was to replace the old door. The second estimate was to install a new door. Mr. Timmons was very professional and kind. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others. I was very happy with their service.

My initial call for repair was very good. I did not have to jump though a lot of hoops to talk with someone. They were exceptionally nice and scheduled my appointment for the very next morning. Tom, the service associate, was right on time, very nice and explained everything about the door and what needed repaired. I asked him to check the entire door (which he said he was going to do as part of the service). This is the original door when the house was built (17 years) and he once again explained and showed me what normally wears out and needs lubricated. We agreed on some additional repairs, and he had everything on the truck. I was very impressed. Thanks

Precision fixed our door a few years back and was wonderful and asked and explained everything before doing it to make sure it was okay. Today they had to come out to fix our door bc it came off the track and one of the springs broke. It was fixed within minutes and they were still under warranty and no questions asked. We will continue to us them with future repairs.

I needed work on two garage doors, after another central Ohio company went out of business leaving me with no alternatives for warranty work. Joshua was very professional and explained everything to me clearly. He was very detailed and understanding in regards to my financial concerns. After we went over some possible scenarios, I was able to make an informed decision based off of honest feedback. Would highly recommend precision garage door to family and friends. The work that was completed was done, timely, and within my budget constraints.
