I saw your ad on local TV just after my garage door broke. Called the next day and a technician was there within 24 hours. He explained what the problem with the door was and what was needed to fix it. Then went on to explain other problems with the door that could cause problems in the future. He explained the cost of fixing those problems as well and let me choose what worked for me. He was efficient and courteous. A very friendly man. I liked the 5-year warranty, too.

I told the tech to leave the old garage door opener but he took it anyway. There was nothing wrong with it but it mysteriously stopped working while he worked on repairing the rails. Then sold me a very expensive opener. I want my old one back. The new one jerks and squeaks when opening!

Tim from Precision installed a new garage door opener, new springs, and a new key pad. I called for service on Monday morning and Tim was here by mid-afternoon the same day. He checked the opener and the door hardware. We discussed the options and I decided to replace the old opener, etc. Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to do any work beyond what was needed and no attempt to up sell new equipment. What he recommended was totally appropriate and he was able to complete the job within an hour.
