My garage door broke at 2 pm. My car was inside. I called Precision because they advertised 24 hour service. They told me a tech would be out between 4 and 8 p I had to call a friend to help me get my grandson from day care. On the way to the daycare, Precision called and said a tech would be there before 4. When I got home, Scott was in the driveway. He was polite, explained everything, and worked quickly. My garage door was repaired by 4 pm! Great service!

A friend had used Precision and was very pleased. I was very happy I could get scheduled right away, and get the door taken care of. Walker was professional, polite, explained everything I needed to know, and did a great job. I had planned to purchase and have installed a new opener. Gary L. showed up on time. Was most courteous. He explained all the repairs necessary. He replaced our springs, rollers, cables, shaft, and bearings. Gary gave different prices for different materials. Then proceeded to fix the problems fast and efficiently. I cannot recommend precisian door service or Gary L. high enough and will recommend them to anyone who asks if they need a repair.

The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again

Garage spring broke during the evening. Precision was able to get to me on the schedule the next day and perform the necessary repairs. Also completed an inspection of all components of the garage door and recommend some other items to consider and things to watch going forward. Bonus was Derek was a hoot to work with, quick and professional with the repair.
