Our garage door springs broke at lunchtime and Precision was able to get someone out by 4:30 pm on the same day. Joe did a tremendous job in replacing our springs/bearings for our garage door. I put in a service request around 11:20 am and already had a technician at my door by 1:00 pm! Tom was so kind and took the time to explain what was wrong with my garage opener, why it was wrong, and all my options to repair or replace. I really appreciated that I could have chosen to either repair or replace my opener same day, and I wouldn’t have had to wait for a second appointment either way. I chose to go for the replacement, and Tom was very efficient and walked me through all the main controls once he was finished. He also made sure to test other aspects of my garage door for safety, which I felt was extremely thoughtful. Thank you, Tom and Precision!
