Great service and fast. Danny Was professional, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything carefully and got to work immediately. Although not just a broken spring unfortunately, but after 21 years of wear, it made the costly repair understandable. It’s the cost of owning an older home and we will be using Precision for future garage door repairs, though hoping not anything soon!

I have used Precision several times over the years and when my garage door spring broke I called them to fix the problem. They were able to come out the same day and completed the repairs. The technician was polite and was able to explain what needed to be repaired or replaced, and having the parts on hand, made the replacements. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them for any garage door issues one would have.

TV advertisement led to website visit-BBB endorsed, coupons and discounts enticing. Friendly receptionist scheduled service call for same day. Service Technician very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with- he explained in detail what was needed and cost before starting repairs. I’m quite pleased and now consider Precision Garage Door my “go to” for garage door concerns. Obviously, I will recommend them to my friends.

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and immediately we felt relieved that this would be fixed correctly. I will refer our friends to Precision Garage Door!

My experience Which Precision Garage Door Exceeded my expectations. When Gary arrived, He listened to my complaint that I was experiencing with the garage door opener motor. He inspected the garage door Functions and made Recommendations to solve not only my garage door opener motor problem. But other issues Involving operations of the door and gave me choices to choose from to solve all operations of the garage door. I made my choice. And the jobs were completed to my satisfaction. Gary always presented himself in a professional manner. And I would say He's an asset to Precision garage door Company. I would recommend. This company to anyone. That needed. Garage door Maintenance.

Rodney did a great job replacing rollers on our garage door track. He also nailed down a piece of trim. Rodney was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. He showed us how to lubricate our new rollers. We would definitely recommend precision door to our friends. We now know where to get help if we have any problem with our garage door

I called to get a estimate for a spring replacement. While the estimate for the spring replace was fair it would have been helpful for a new/first time customer to know that there are other parts that may need replacement. Parts that are not obviously broken like flanged ball bearings. The quote given by the technician only pointed on the difference in warranty prices. It would have been helpful if he pointed out what was being replaced. If I was given that information before hand I could have evaluated the bearings before the replacement. Better customer information makes for a happier customer.

Daniel worked on our garage door over the summer (I apologize for my tardiness in submitting this). He called to let me know his arrival time (he was going to be early :) ). After doing a thorough inspection of the door, springs, and rollers, he let me know everything that needed to be done. His attention to detail was amazing. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He replaced the spring and rollers, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I also enjoyed talking to him about the outdoors! This is the third time I've used Precision Door Service and each time I have been extremely pleased with the customer service when I call to set up the appointment, as well as extremely pleased with the technicians. All I can say is…RUN! They wanted to charge me $985 for a $180 repair that was done in 30 minutes by a great company named The Garage Door Guy. They also charged me $50 just to come out. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!
