The problem we were having with our garage door opener got fixed...for now anyway. The repairman did nothing more than what we had been doing to the opener and door. But, for some reason, it worked for him. We hope the repair lasts - but it may not - as we made the same exact repair ourselves a few weeks ago; it worked at first, but the door gradually started to not close all of the way, and became worse with each day. The repairman was very professional, kind and considerate, and let us know of Precision Door's policy to apply today's repair fee to a call back if they must return to further figure out what problem the door might be having.

I think the technician I met with was David. He came and spend close to an hour assessing the situation of my "hopeless" garage door. Quite old and neglected. After the time spend, he had two suggestions. 1. For around $700-$800 he could give the poor thing a bandaid and it might work for a few more months. Option 2. Remove the tracks, rollers, door and all existing hardware and install a new door. I went with that. Cost I believe to be reasonable and door has been ordered. Let's review again after installation. Thank you for your service. David was clean cut, honest, and knew his business.

Precision installed my door a few months back but I opted to keep my old opener. Well it quit working over the weekend and I reached out to schedule a service call. I love that I can schedule online but I love that I was able to get next day service even more! Andrew was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work installing the new opener. He even helped me try to get the neighbor’s dog back inside. Definitely a Precision Garage Door customer for life.

Great service from beginning to end. The phone rep was courteous and seemed concerned about my issue. The service tech called to ask if it was OK to arrive sooner than scheduled, which was great. I called to have what I thought was a minor problem fixed on my 30 year old door. The technician game to my home at the prescheduled day and on time. As I started pointing out to the tech my other annoying little problems with the door, the tech explained to me how all of these little problems were actually related to each other. He quickly gave me an estimate to have all of the minor problems fixed as well as some ideas of what will need to be taken care of sometime down the line should I be staying in my forever home. I gave the go-ahead for the repairs and in short order, it was done. Now I feel like I have what seems like a new door. Wow. I should have had this all done two years ago when I moved in. Very grateful to the tech for the work done.
