I had a new garage door installed by Precision that popped a spring after about 6 months. The spring actually pulled apart from its mounting bracket. The repair technician, Adam Moore, arrived the same day and discovered that the door springs that had been installed were too small for the door, which caused stress on the spring and caused it to pop apart. He replaced both springs with the proper size and the door opens much easier now. Thank you to Adam Moore for his competency, knowledge and expertise in correcting the problem.

I have seen your Trucks in the area and also your ads o TV. I had problems with my Door not coming down and thought you might be able to help me. I got an appointment immediately and the Technician Tom came out and located the problem, advised me of my options, we agreed on what was wrong and the price. He was on time and did an excellent job solving the problem. Service was great, he arrived on time and in no time the work was done. I have programed your number in my phone. AgainTom was very good and on top of what needed to be done and answered my questions. Very Professional Company.

We had routine maintenance done (lubrication, adjustments etc.) Our 15 year-old system is showing some wear and we'll likely have it replaced within a year. David showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He left us with 2 quotes for new systems that we'll consider.

I called Precision last winter on a Saturday when my garage door spring broke. They were at my home and fixed my door within hours. I didn’t hesitate to call and trust them again today with a garage door that needed attention at another property of mine. David was kind, professional and did a great job installing a new opener and making other necessary repairs. I highly recommend this company and will call on them in the future for garage door maintenance and repair.

Precision Garage Door of Columbus had performed some maintenance and upgrading of our garage door about three years ago and did a great job. When the door and the opener began giving us some problems this week, I went with Precision Door again, and it was a wise choice. The technician arrived on the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, made some adjustments, and resolved the issue. The technician was not only expert, but also friendly and a pleasure to work with. Precision Garage Door has a loyal customer.

Once again, excellent service from Precision. Tech knew exactly what to do and Walker was the same person who replaced spring and cabling two years ago. Nice seeing that the company retains such quality employees!

The springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning and you guys were able to get a Technician out that same day. The Technician David was very helpful and informative, he even helped with the installation of the new opener which I had done myself earlier in the day. David explained everything very well and was done with the job quickly. My garage door has never been so quiet. David also showed me how to spray the hinges and other components of the door for routine maintenance in order to keep the door operating at it’s best. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of work on their garage doors.
