My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

Precision Door is always great to work with. I called them this morning at little after 7 am and Tom was here around 8:30 am. He not only fixed our broken spring but I had him replace our outdated garage door opener too. Great service!

This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!

One of our door springs broken trapping a car inside. I called at 9:30PM - tech was there at 11:45AM the next day for a promised 12-4PM repair window. Tom the technician was very friendly and got our broken spring fixed quickly. I would have Tom back any time. Probably a little more expensive than I would have thought (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars), but overall a very smooth process with good people.

Tom was knowledgeable and professional about what needed done. Very friendly, never felt like I was being given a sales pitch. I was given options for the repairs. And was truly surprised when he repaired it then!!! That was awesome!!! Hiring someone these days is weeks or months out for the work to be done. Will only call your Company when I need repairs !!! I was very pleased the technician was able to come sooner than scheduled. He was very polite and respectful. He explained the problem with my garage door in a manner that I would understand. Tom came out and inspected the overall door, told me what he felt needed replaced along with the bottom seal (reason for service visit) and an estimate for each. I decided to just replace bottom seal (after my bottom seal fix only lasted ~8 months), but good to know cost of other work if needed in future. Tom was friendly and professional and got the job done in no time! great overall service and happy with the better more robust seal, and will use again in the future if needed.

The whole process from the start was very easy. Tom was my scheduled technician. He called soon after my initial call to Precision. He gave me an estimated time, and arrived a few minutes early. Columbus was on a level 2 snow emergency which Precision still made the appointment without issues. Tom was very professional and explained several options for me to choose from. He gave me an estimated time to finish which he was accurate on. Excellent workmanship. Door works much better and quieter than before. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing Garage door service.
