Our door opener needed repair. I called precision, whom I had used before. The came by late morning on the morning I called. I wasn’t home, but my son was there. Carlos called me and gave me information along the way. I ended up replacing the opener since it was 22 years old. So communication was great. It works wonderfully and much quieter. Though, I was taken aback by the cost , way more than anticipated. Mostly on labor and install side, since part isn’t overly expensive.

I put in a service request around 11:20 am and already had a technician at my door by 1:00 pm! Tom was so kind and took the time to explain what was wrong with my garage opener, why it was wrong, and all my options to repair or replace. I really appreciated that I could have chosen to either repair or replace my opener same day, and I wouldn’t have had to wait for a second appointment either way. I chose to go for the replacement, and Tom was very efficient and walked me through all the main controls once he was finished. He also made sure to test other aspects of my garage door for safety, which I felt was extremely thoughtful. Thank you, Tom and Precision!

Tom came and together we assessed some options for a new opener. I initially suggested a Jackshaft, which Tom agreed would be a good decision, but went over less-expensive options. After determining that a Jackshaft would be optimal for the way my home was constructed, he quickly and efficiently installed my new Genie 6170H-B Jackshaft. After installation, he went over the details on how the opener operates, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up everything he brought into my garage, including my old opener. Extremely impressed with the professionalism Tom showed, which has been the standard every time I've had the need to work with Precision. Working with Precision Garage Door was really quick and easy. This morning we had Precision install a new Liftmaster garage door opener. Our serviceman Tom P. was knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and a delight with whom to work. He cleaned up well after he finished the installation, programmed our remotes, and explained how the opener inside the garage worked. My garage door broke on a Friday. I called Precision door because they advertised quick response time. I was given a time of 12:00 - 2:00. Tom the technican called me and was at my house with in a hour of me calling. Tom inspected what was going on with my garage door ands gave me a quote on fixing the problem. Tom had all the parts on his truck and had the door totally fixed. Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions. Every time I have called Precision they have been able to to come that day. Garage door opener (18 yrs old) died Christmas day. Called Precision the next morning and had a new garage door opener installed by Tom Palmer quickly and courteously the day after Christmas.

Had our springs replaced today. Tom. P. was prompt, professional and explained everything. The price was higher than expected when he gave me the estimate but, it needed done and done correctly. I was advised not to try this repair on my own. The service was fantastic however, I can't give 5 stars because of the cost.

I was very pleased to have Precision work on the noise of the garage door opening. Tom Palmer, the technician, was very good and knew what he was doing. For some reason, the door still makes a loud noise when the door is opened. It sounds like a knocking noise on one side when the door goes up---not when it comes down. I will call Tomorrow and set up another appointment to have it checked again. We had a new motor put in in June of 2o21Tom Palmer came on 9-12-2023 to check the noise and take care of the noise. I am happy with Precision's technician's work and attitude.
