Garage door was installed by Precision so I have always called them when necessary. They where able to schedule service on the same day I called. Technician Dylan Farrington did a great job informing me of cost and what needed to be done in order to fix the door so I could open it. He replaced the spring and parts so now it works great. He was courteous and very professional.

He showed us the problem and other things that could use attention, putting them in order by urgency and showing us the prices. There was no pressure...Just facts. The repairs were done well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was friendly and thorough.

This was our 2nd time using Precision for 2 different issues. The service response and repairs were quick and affordable. We had Dylan as our tech today, and he was everything you wanted for a house call repair. Prompt with good communication, professional, knowledgeable, and nicer than he had to be. He provided us with his assessment, provided solutions to hit our budget, then completed the repair in a very reasonable timeframe. We recommend Precision, but highly recommend Dylan.

Precision sent someone out almost immediately after requesting help, which was great. A quote for new springs over the phone was $100-$300. As someone who is very novice and not knowing much about garage doors I was talked Into replacing more than just the spring because the rep Dylan “ Didn’t feel comfortable putting new springs on what I already had”. I appreciated his outlook as the “ Professional” in the room and agreed. Once he finished, he then mentioned I had a bad motor which would be another $600 to fix. This was interesting because the motor was not a problem before. I politely declined and had my father come look at the motor who was actually able to fix it in three minutes and asked who had altered the force adjustment dial (obviously was not me I didn’t even know that existed). I probably paid double what was really needed for my style of garage after expressing I didn’t need anything fancy over and over then was going to pay an attritional $600 for something that wasn’t even broken. Precision refunded my entire amount completely within 72 hours of calling in explaining the situation but the field manager will not call us back unfortunately.

I loved the online scheduling and prompt service but the quote to repair was QUITE a bit higher than what we expected. (About double what we had researched for typical cost.) We called another reputable provider who did the repair same day within our price expectations.

I'm really frustrated that I put new garage door opener by follow instruction and it's wont let me to open or closed with remote or on wall button. Then I decided to contact Precision garage door service to come and help me to figure out what did i wrong then in a hours he found the errors and fixed it...now its work with remote and button on the wall... The garage door needed new cables, and the repair technician did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the final outcome. However, the initial quoted price for the cables and rollers was nearly three times higher than what I ultimately paid after negotiating. While I wish I hadn’t needed to negotiate so much, I am satisfied with the service overall.

Happy with the installer and his explanation of the problem. My only issue was that when you sign with your finger nail you do not get a copy of the paperwork. I thought it would be on the internet the next day but it wasn't. I called the office and after 2 calls I was sent the paperwork I needed.

Our garage door keypad was not working. I called Precision Door first thing in the morning and they sent Dylan out that afternoon to replace it. Dylan was kind and very professional. Outstanding technician Mr.Farrington. Our 18 year old Sears Craftsman 1/2 hp single garage door opener motor stopped working correctly. Dylan had everything he needed on his truck to replace and install new opener, rail, two wall units indoor and outdoor and two new push button controls for his and her car. I called Monday around 01:30pm hoping for a Wednesday or Friday appointment. Girl in office offered up an opening today Monday from 04:00pm - 08:00pm. Of course I said today. After working three hours in hot hot garage we now have a perfectly quiet working perfect garage door opener. Yes my wife talked to him as he was working which stretched it out a little but I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dylan. Pleasure meeting you. I hope all your technicians at Precision Door are as friendly and professional. Yes replacement cost was a little expensive but it needed done. Thanks again for a professional repair. Jeff.

As Promised, my garage door was under a 5 year warranty from the work that was performed. About 5 months after the initial repair, the door started squeaking loudly. I called Precision and they came out the very same day and fixed the problem at no charge. Thank you for the prompt and great service. I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs. Best, Dan
