Angie's List gave us the initial contact information. All the mechanisms, springs, opener, belt switches, etc. were replaced. The technician, Dustin, thoroughly demonstrated the deteriorated condition of the mechanisms, due to the age of the installation. His truck carried all the necessary parts so he completed the replacements on that first visit. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

We needed to have a spring replace. Dustin came the same day and replace the spring very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We have had replacing the door on our list to do. Our garage door suddenly stopped working and I searched for local places to repair, precision door service was the first suggested. I was able to chat with Holly online on Friday evening and get an appointment for the next day! Technician Dustin called when he was on his way and was very personable/professional the whole time. For the amount of parts needed to repair I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend precision doors!

Dustin was awesome! We just moved into a new build, and Dustin did a fantastic job of talking through our options for openers on our doors. He explained everything perfectly, and he even made sure that I got the correct information from our Smart Home provider so that our garage doors operated exactly as that provider had promised. He even offered to speak with them directly so that our needs would be taken care of. I wish the other companies that we worked with for other services for our new home were as fantastic as my experience with Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule, were fantastic to speak with over the phone and set up an appointment, and Dustin was a wonderful technician. We will absolutely be recommending Precision (and Dustin!) to others.

I was very pleased with Technician Dustin's knowledge, effectiveness , and courtesy while installing our new Lift Master garage door opener and replacement nylon rollers. He was most patient sharing with me the required operational steps as we initiated the WiFi, the door remote and the two car remotes. Our garage door broke late Saturday night. I went on home adviser and was able to get in touch Percision Door service Service and make an appointment for the next day at 2:00. Dustin arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He completed the work in a timely and neat manner. When completed he explained and showed us what he did. I was a little taken back with the cost, but overall very satisfied at this point.
