Apparently, my garage door cables and other parts had worn out which prevented the door from opening, even when manually applied. My wife checked the internet and contacted Precision Door who arrived within the hour. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me the problem can be fixed and at a reasonable cost, and 45 minutes later the garage door worked liked new. I highly recommend Precision Door for any issues with your garage doors. Very happy with the service and price.

Your technician arrived on time and quickly determined the source of the problem with my garage door. He gave me estimates on the level of repair I wanted, as well as the time required to complete the job. I was quoted a price for a new spring for our garage door over the phone. However, when the installer showed up, we found out we needed a different, more expensive system installed. I showed my frustration and the GM called me and said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that they could do it for the price I was told over the phone. The installer, Dustin, was very professional and kind and got the job done. That’s what customer service is all about ??????????

I originally called because I thought the “eye” was broken and my door wouldn’t go down. I called and within 3 hours Dustin was at my door. The initial problem only required reconnection of a wire. I asked Dustin, if he had time, to check anything else that might need replaced. This opener is 20 years old. He quickly found some things that could be cared for that were either broken or could break soon (rollers, bearings, as well as what things were older and showing wear but didn’t need replaced. He provided an estimate which was very reasonable and within 1 hour my door was completely taken care of. So within 4 hours of my phone call my door was fixed. Dustin was an absolute delight! Friendly, pleasant, professional, and intelligent. Totally made me feel that I was his priority. This was an exemplary experience from start to finish that many other companies could learn from. I will use no other company in the future. Thank you Dustin and Precision!

Working w Precision Door is a dream come true. As far as I'm concerned there is no competition & there doesn't need to be. From step one they've been expedient, punctual, knowledgeable, personable, & our rep, Dustin, has been absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in great detail to make sure a less knowledgeable person, such as myself, understands, which I sooo appreciate! I also love how they try to send the same rep out to inspect & do the repair, if done separately, as was done for us. I had 2 broken springs on my overhead garage door and didn't realize it until I couldn't use the garage door opener and couldn't lift it manually. I called another company that we used in the past and they told me on Friday that they couldn't come out till the following Monday. My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it out. I told them "no thanks." I asked my neighbor for a reference and he told me Precision. They came out the same day. They called ahead to let me know when they would be at my house. My technician (Dustin) was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the problem(s) and gave me more than one estimate depending on how much work I wanted to do. I ended up replacing 2 springs, cabling, ball bearings, bearing plates and all ten rollers. Luckily my overhead door opener was still in good shape and didn't need replacing. My garage door not only works so much better, it's quieter too. I really appreciate the great service I received from Precision and would definitely recommend the company to others.

Excellent Service!! My garage door spindle blew it’s bearing—however, it was 23 years old!!! I Googled “Garage Door Repair” and not only was Precision one of if not the first name to come up, the company also claimed “same day service”. Once I saw that coupled with the bevy of 5-star reviews, I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad that I did! The technician, Dustin, was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very fast! Angie's List gave us the initial contact information. All the mechanisms, springs, opener, belt switches, etc. were replaced. The technician, Dustin, thoroughly demonstrated the deteriorated condition of the mechanisms, due to the age of the installation. His truck carried all the necessary parts so he completed the replacements on that first visit. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

The springs broke on our garage door, so we called Precision Garage Door to come out to fix it. Our technician Dustin K. was awesome!! This young man thoroughly inspected our door to reveal it definitely was the springs. He showed us a couple of different options for repair and once we chose one, he was ready to get the job done. He explained what he would be replacing and the length of time it would take to complete. Once he was finished he showed us the old parts and what had happened. He cleaned up all the old parts, got payment and was off to his next repair. Thanks Dustin for your knowledge and prompt work. I would definitely recommend this company as well as Dustin. Thanks again!!
