After 25 years of wear and countless self-repairs, we needed a new garage door and hardware. I found Precision on the Internet and called for an estimate. Dustin arrived within two hours and we went over the existing (custom) installation and reviewed the options for replacement. He gave us pricing on several options and we considered several other quotes over the next few weeks. We made our choice- Precision Door. The costs were very reasonable and we ordered the new door and scheduled installation for a few days after the new door arrived at their shop. Dustin contacted us to schedule the install at our convivence. He arrived on schedule with everything he needed for the job, and did the removal of all of the old equipment, prep of the area, and installation of the new tracks, springs, door panels, cables, and all associated hardware (we reused the existing door opener). The whole project took about six hours. The new door is a great addition to our house - it matches the existing garage door perfectly, operates smoothly and quietly, is well insulated and seals up tightly to the door frame. It not only enhances the appearance of our house but seals up the basement / garage area from drafts and heat loss. We are very pleased. Dustin is a great technician and will be our first call for any garage door related issues we have in the future.

My garage door opener stopped working on Fri. I googled for someone to repair it and found Precision. Scheduled visit for first thing Monday. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised, and was here in the time that I selected. I showed him what my garage door opener was doing and he replied, "It's fried." I thought as much. Quoted me a new one, said he could replace it in about an hour which he did. Would use Precision again and would recommend them.

Picked Precision from the telephone yellow pages. Was desperate as whole garage door opener assembly broke loose from the ceiling and was laying on top of my car. Your tech knew how to handle the situation and how to get my car out of the garage so he could go to work to reinstall the whole garage door assembly.

Called Precision door yesterday to schedule an appointment. That evening Tech Dustin showed up to look at my garage door opener. I thought the visit was for an evaluation. Dustin informed me that he could have me up and running in 45 minutes! He made some repairs and adjustments to my door. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable. I was dealing with a pro. He stayed until I was comfortable with using the remotes. The added bonus he lubricated the garage door hinges and railings. The door opens and closes very smoothly. My garage door busted at 11am due to user error. Within 2 hours Dustin came and made the repairs over an hour visit. He was courteous experienced and very professional. My opener had been on the blink for months and I decided to get it repaired. Precision had tons of good reviews so I chose them. Dustin called and said he could be earlier than scheduled, great! He sadly could not resurrect my old opener but replaced it on the spot with a newer much quieter one. He did a great job and explained the new one. My partner and I very much enjoyed spending a few minutes just chatting with him afterward, he has an A+ personality! Would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

They were actually early for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Serviced my garage door, installed a new bottom seal, lubed all points on the door and was finished in around 30 minutes. I called one day, they came out the next day. I will use them again for all my garage door needs. A great company.

I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.

Called Precision Door at 4:45PM requesting service for a broken spring. The service technician called the house at 5:00PM saying he would be at the house in 15 minutes. He arrived at exactly 5:15PM. The spring was replaced and he was headed for home in 45 minutes. The spring was originally replaced, by Precision, in 2008 with a life time warranty. The replacement spring was installed at no charge for the part. We only paid for the service call. Excellent service.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Dustin Keaton. He was personable and pleasantly provided answers to the questions I had. He was a hard worker! I did discover Sunday morning that the garage door did not sit evenly on the garage floor, which was what I was used to seeing before the coil broke and the garage door went askew (not noticeable by me @ 7:30 p.m. when the service was completed) . Therefore I requested that this be fixed. The south end of the base of the door reveals almost a two inch discrepancy, the north end about one inch- now a critter and weather issue. I chose this company finding some companies in the yellow pages who serves my area, and then I requested my son to look up the companies I found who had the highest rating. I was pleased to note that the office staff is pleasant and professional and that I was provided a discount (retired teacher, AAA members, Sr. citizen).
